well and then I waited at the Starbucks for the 48 and that worked out fine. And then I went home. Well, the " Budget Framework" that was dead in the water
came back to life around 3pm today. The House allowed this budget plan to have a vote tomorrow Christmas Eve. The vote was 100-99. This is good news since the "stop-gap" budget would have resulted in furloughs. Stay tuned
