Thursday, September 30: Work Dr Apt and September Ends

Hello everybody. I woke up in quite a state this morning

but managed to push through it with a little help and stuff it’s a cool fall day here in Upper Darby Pennsylvania. I started getting some work done but I still have a lot of mental distractions

that I have to work on. I have my first therapy appointment in a month next Wednesday meanwhile I don’t know if I’m gonna go to this Marcia on Saturday or not yeah I might be a good idea

just to do something different since I’m in a rut. I  went to a doctors appointment that was scheduled at 1 PM. My blood pressure was checked and my goal is to keep it 130/80 as my max. Fortunately

they can check the prostate without sticking something up my butt which is always good. On the other bloodwork is current and all my other shots are current. My blood pressure was 133/77 today. I waited about 1520 minutes for the lab tech to come over and give me my flu shot and draw my blood. I then called for my colonoscopy at two and the next appointment available was Wednesday, February 9, 2022. I put my name on the cancellation list so maybe I can get in earlier. I also have to wait till next year to call in for my six month appointment which will be an April 2022. Heading to Ardmore.

Wednesday, September 29: A Tired LONG Day

Hello everybody it’s me Marc. I’m not a fan of today today wasn’t

one of my favorite days in the whole wide world. I had to deal with more cat related stuff today. I stand in the work did my thing and tried to get babysitting

set up for the cat. It’s now 6:02 PM and I’m in Ardmore. October is looming
like a big dark shadow over my mind. It really is it’s used to be a month it was

very fall like and you did fall things that were simple and fun but I don’t know I don’t know anymore. I hada quiet evening

in Ardmore no drama there. I don’t know what else to say but tomorrow’s another day isn’t that true? Yes it is

Tuesday, September 28: 1st Full Day w/Danny the Cat

I awoke this morning after a much better sleep than the night before. I then got up and did some activity with the cat and make sure that Danny the cat got fed and hwd water. I played with

them in bed and even sat on my lap during work at some point during the day. I had to crank through a lot of work today. There was a lot to catch up on from Monday. Lynne came over

to help with cats supplies cat food etc. As shit ain’t cheap bro. I have plenty of supplies to last me at

least a month. Been quite a day. They seem to have to resolve issues between myself and other people someone frequently these days. The pressure is mounting as I approach retirement to resolve things correctly. Sometimes it’s really hard on me.

Monday, September 27: I Adopted a Cat!

Well this is Monday and Mondays are generally difficult days

for me because I’m always tired. I mean I’m really tired on Mondays. Today was pretty exceptional. I had to try to sign in as I was leaving Ardmore and remembered that this phone wasn’t
hooked up to my state signing thing so I had to sign and a half hour late. I got my request for absent rejected because I didn’t write an excuse down.  Next I had to return a rental car to a rental

location at the Sheraton at 17th and race. The garage was well hidden but fortunately the Google
maps guided me safely. That was quite the relief. I then came back

and as I was coming back I found out that one of Lynne‘s friends at Ardmore house died. She wanted to meet a post for an adorable cat that
needs a home. That’s what I did. I went back to work. Work was really busy I really had to jam on it big time.  later on I talked to Pat and see if he would except a cat

in the household because I had a feeling they were going to find anybody for

this cat. Well they didn’t and I was asked if I could have the cat and I excepted
I was a little nervous about it because I’m not used to being responsible for an animal by myself. I haven’t had a pet on my own for the last 10 years. Lynne brought

the cat from the SPCA and got litter and litter box and some food. His name is Danny boy. He’s a

tabby a gray tabby. He’s very affectionate but I let him wanting around

the house etc. I found myself very very exhausted by all the activity and change going on. Pat brought over a sandwich for me and it’s really
tasty. I chow down like a happy old clown. Because I didn’t really eat much lunch except for some yogurt I was really hungry. I felt a lot better but I was ready to sleep early and I did actually fall through and went to bed before midnight which is pretty good for me. I also set my phone to prep me to go to bed and the shut down the phone and shit.

Sunday September 26:A Trip to LBI

Hello. I woke up from my deep sleep very tired. I drank water and weighed

myself. I did lose tiny bit of weight. I then ate some cereal and skipped making the coffee and the smoothie

since I was running kind of late. I was told I didn’t have to be over in Ardmore till noon so I took a

vantage of that. I went to the rental car place and this rental car place at 201 N. 17th St. is

hidden inside I believe it’s a Sheraton hotel. There’s no signs for the place it’s literally

inside the hotel. The woman at the rental place said that hotel bars them from advertising or even putting a sign. After that it’s pretty simple only one person was in line in front of me and like 30th St. I got the card which is a Ford focus.  I wasn’t able to take it vantage of the cheap fuel cell anyway. I got to Ardmore and it’s now about 2 o’clock and we’re going to  be leaving very soon. Where we left off both of us were very tired and we talked the whole way up I priced her off my plans for the next couple of weeks. Well actually next week and the weekend of the 16th wanna visit my brother Michael for the first time and God knows how long. I don’t see my family they’re all and we’re not getting any younger all of us are in the upper side in the 50s or 60s now and my mother is not going to be 92 in a month

Saturday, September 25: Visit Mom and Walk Fairmount Park

Hi after a semi-decent sleep I got up and got ready to start my day. I first visited old city had coffee with

a friend. That was pleasant enough. We talked and had coffee in. I then drove to Dave’s house. hi showed up a little

later than I wanted to but I got there and we drove to Riddle Village Director Of Nursing.  Lunch

was pretty good. We went to iron Hill brewery in media and I had myself a turkey burger which was pretty good I must say.  I’m sure it’s some drawling she colored it in and we talked for a while. It was very pleasant. Next thing was Dave drove me back to his house where I parked the car. I had to hustle it up because I wanted to get to Ardmore by 3 o’clock sharp. I am work through a misunderstanding and arrived in Ardmore on time. After hanging a little while and then drop me off so she could visit a friend for dinner at 4:30 PM. When I got home I was so tired I just crashed the heavy duty crash for two hours. I barely got up. Pat offered a walk to the Fairmount Park with his dog so I decided to do that. That was a good time it wasn’t a heavy duty hike with slippery rocks and big hills because I was really in the mood for it was dark. I got home a little bit of dinner and talked on the phone. I was ready to get a good nights sleep after a pretty long day.
