Tuesday, May 26: Sunny🌞. Mike’s, Yoga

Hi! Well, have a much better sleep last night. I got up and got ready to go to work and Mary got up to get ready to meet a friend at 9 o’clock. I had two bars for breakfast and Mary’s gonna have breakfast at café to meet her friend. Got the Mike’s a little before nine. We’re waiting for the nurse to come up. She got there around 10:25 AM. She came with her other nurse. They discussed Mike’s pills and being out of pills and how he felt etc. it was fairly intense encounter. Mike said he felt weird but didn’t wanna go to the hospital then he said he felt better and no exercising was just temporary, etc. etc. Right when this is going on Mary notified me that our feature for Hot Yoga , Philadelphia came out on Facebook and Instagram. It was quite exciting and well written up. They took really they took some really good pictures. It’s very exciting to be featured. We got some nice comments from some people and that was nice. It was very gratifying to be rewarded for all the hard work that we do in the class and we come to six or seven days a week nowadays. I’ve had some funky stuff with the knees lately, but mainly at night. Anyhow, it’s really sunny and mild today. The opposite of way the weekend was. It’s not 1:20 PM. I went and picked up my script that he had run out of that they were concerned about. It’s a beta blocker blocks beta! I’m waiting for an order so I have to wait at the checkout counter. Anyway, I got Mike’s stuff and went back to his place and he decided he would change accounts from Verizon to T-Mobile so he’s on the phone for about 40 minutes. Switching providers and I know how that can be because well phone companies make it really difficult to switch providers. I had something some poppy to drink and then chilled out and headed out to Yoga, but I decided to call my sister about posting on her Krull website abo Dedicated Hot Yoga practitioners. I arrived the studio a little bit early Saint Mary’s spot and class starts in 10 minutes.

Monday, May 25: Memorial Day. 11 AM Yoga & Work.

This morning I got up like a regular day to go to work time. That was around 7:30 AM or thereabouts. I really did not get a good night sleep and it was kind of sucky. We then decided there’s no way we could hit a 9 o’clock class how I felt I think how Mary felt. So I got dressed and headed out to Mike’s and signed in at 8:51 AM I was very industrious and mopped the floor, swept the floor, clean the sink and took out the trash. It was in time to walk over to Hot Yoga , Philadelphia for a yoga class. It was a 60 minute class talked by Tina. I don’t go to 60 minute classes too often but when I do, I like to go to Tina’s class cause he really just whips right through and handles business. There was 30 people in this class. I had heard there was 30 or 31 people in the previous 90 minute class. That would’ve completely wiped me out if I took a 90 minute class today. Anyway, we took our time left the studio talked to Tina and the way we went. I went back to Mike’s where I really didn’t do all that much. I talked to him about his condition, etc. I then had lunch went out and got myself a couple of things and make some bread with a $10 coupon I got from CVS. I drink is lemonade raspberry mix. I was so thirsty. I just drank it even though it was sugary. It hit the spot. I went and eat lunch and didn’t really bother to have a coffee I figured I’m low on it and I’ll just save it for a normal day. It’s now 4:11 PM. I am heading towards Mary’s. So Mary and I hung out at her place and we decided that we to take a walk out in Rittenhouse Square and go get my new sneakers at the New Balance store. We walked in that store and they told  us they just about to close at 6 PM. The Internet had them closing @ 7 PM so we got there just in time order shoes, but not insoles cause they don’t have any even online. Rittenhouse Square was actually buggy and very humid. It felt good to be in a non-humid atmosphere. It was very moist.  The next thing you know it was eight and we decided just to have some bowls and a banana and it was very simple in I think we’re ready to have a good night of crashing.

Sunday, May 24: breakfast with Donna and Dean. Wynwood visit. Free

Hi, today is Sunday and Mary & I woke up very very tired and took the train out to Wynnewood to meet Donna and Dean. We were so out of it we decided to start at the Starbucks since we were running an hour early because of the train schedule. We really enjoyed our time at the Starbucks. It was quite relaxing in the coffee really hit the spot along with a biscotti. We met Donna and Dean and talked about our trip to Alaska a lot. I jot down on pancakes and eggs and turkey sausage. It was very good. We stayed there for over an hour and then we took a tour of Wynnewood and Arthur’s roundtable visit my old house showroom Stuart‘s, & Wes‘s house, etc. It was a good time. It’s now close to 2:47 PM. My battery is dying out so I just wanted to write this before the battery died and I ran out of ideas of what to say. I took a lot of pictures. I have not been to Arthur’s roundtable since I was a kid. That was 50 years ago. We’re gonna go to a meeting  at the ethical  Society at 5 PM. What catching the 3:09 PM train and right now turning about five minutes late, but I’m not gonna count on that and miss the train. But we got back in time and we relaxed and Mary got prepped  for her presentation at our meeting. I did a little bit of blogging and watch some stuff on YouTube. Then we went to the meeting which is on the second floor. I never haven’t been to a meeting on the second floor in ages. Meeting went really really well it was very everybody is all engaged in stuff. Anyway, we then got back and ordered some Indian and watched a couple of law and order episodes then we decided we try to go to bed early. We’re going we decided we’d go to well we didn’t really decide but I think we’re leaning towards 11 o’clock class tomorrow. The overcast weather really accented the green. Wynwood is in my neighborhood where I used to live. Arthur’s round table. I hadn’t been there in 50 years and it’s basically the same. The English style houses in the gardens. I remember everything looked really really big when I was a 13-year-old kid running around on my bike, cruising cruising around the Arthurs round table. By bike it’s really close to where I used to live. And seeing my old house all fancied up with a really nice landscape yard is quite a sight to see kinda hard to believe I live there at times when I see it it’s almost otherworldly I might say.
