Thursday, September 29: Home, Ardmore and Fairmount

Today I got up around 10 o’clock after a really good nights sleep. One of the dreams I had was about my phone being on charge and forgetting
to bring the charger and going camping in one of the rules it was that was set up by my family was that I couldn’t use the phone. But I really
wanted to and after that, I forgot. Anyhow, back to reality, I had my breakfast and remind me to call the dentist about my possible to think that it’s coming up. I think it’s going to be a root canal because that’s what it always is when I have a toothache. Anyhow, I started my laundry and was able to throw it in the dryer before I headed out to Ardmore. It’s important

to get it in the dryer. It can sit in the dryer for a while but not the washer. I just found out they’re going to dig up our road and put improve storm. Drainage pipes in. The

man told me that he done the end of next week. It’s now 152. I’m digging around Delaware County while the kids SQUEELS for freedom in the
bus. Bubba buses

are gonna get there by 2:05’ cause it’s two or five now and
I’m ready at the point where the Norristown high speed line

stops at Ardmore Junction. It’s a beautiful sunny day here and the buses avoiding walkers along the street that I always
walk on it close to cars except for the buses and police people and ambulances people love to walk here cause there’s no cars. Hurricane Ian is clearing Florida
and could turn into a hurricane again once it South Carolina. That’s according to our local new station in DC which I subscribe to because they report on the interaction of January 6. I decided to take the commuter train while I still can with my

senior card to 30th to catch the 49 bus to Fairmount so I can make the

meeting and the other meeting and maybe get a bite to eat as a “flex” to prevent hunger

and needing it for me. Well, most of my friends had “shit“ to do

and so I figured I’ll just go to Fairmount by myself and do my thing it’s just

and that’s what I’ll do. It’s cooling off, but I do have my sweatshirt, what decided to go

to Ryebread. They said they don’t have soy I just don’t remember them not having soy

but maybe that’s true. So progress continues on the anti-soy front. It must be old school

that I have soy anymore. The younger generation is definitely taken over on that account. Anyway, I’m working on my blog posting and just looking at the world outside until about six when

I have to contact towards 2044 Paramount. These blocks in this area have really long blocks. There’s a threat reported from Britain that the influenza a.k.a. the flu and COVID.

could combine to make this a very problematic winter for people getting

sick. It reminds me next month I have to get my Covid in my flu shot. I went to two meetings, and the second one lasted a long time because there was a business meeting and that lasted till after 10 PM that was a very eye-opening experience. I’ve been got home and talked on the phone and then ate a little bit of dinner. A long evening, but it was very interesting as well. I learned a couple things.

Wednesday, September 28: Fall and Yoga

Today is the last Wednesday of September 2022. I started my day getting up around 10 AM and not doing too much at first. I knowl
I wanted to go to a yoga class so I got a little help and found that the 530 class is better to go to the 12 noon one. I looked at my usual

YouTube and TikTok videos and decided that life was OK after all. I then talked to Pat for two seconds and decided that I would

continue. Anyway, I talked on the phone various times I might even go to another friends, yoga class, and Wayne as a guest.  that’s a high end yoga class that

sells high-end stuff. I have to buy a yoga mat. Anyway, I finally got myself going and headed out to the Norristown high-speed line
which is on the other side of the tracks from where the Rosemont train let me off. It’s a 9 minute walk. It’s not a long walk, it’s really feeling

like fall and that’s the way it all to be because it is almost October. For the 90 minute class wasn’t horrible. The room is hot but it’s not quite as air stifling as the height of the studio in Philadelphia. The Hot Yoga, Philadelphia studio that is. I then came home and I was pretty tired. I actually went to bed by around 10 o’clock. I was just nice and tired and exhausted and that’s the way it all to be in this world.

Tuesday, September 27: Trying Out New Yoga Studio

Well, I got up at 9:30 AM this morning and I didn’t nap right after

eating breakfast so that was progress. Next I was thinking going to a midday AA meeting, but I was on the phone and was given an offer
of going to a free yoga class in Ardmore after I go to my therapy. I might just do it just to do something different and act like I’m trying to work through this

depression I got.  Well, I went to therapy and we talked about different things such as my condition. Response of feeling helpless to do something about things. That’s all I’m gonna say

about that. I then laughed and decided I would go to this yoga class called focus Bryn Mawr. It’s actually located at the Rosemont station
and fortunately the classes until 730 because the trains running late the train should get the Rosemont by seven but it will absolutely not get there by seven because
of police and fire trouble and you know when there’s police and fire trouble trains can’t run. If you didn’t know that before I know it now. It’s a nice day outside it’s sunny I think I brought enough stuff to get pie. Hopefully they’ll give me mats etc. I feel OK not great just OK I’m getting my usual scratchy throat

because I was just talking a lot. I don’t talk as much as I used to. I have moments, but I pretty much stop myself

from talking too much because who wants to hear it off I just went on and on for 10 minutes nonstop at somebody  anyway enough of that shit I am waiting for the train that’s running seven or eight minutes late

to happy old Rosemont the place to be on a Wednesday OK I decided I would go straight to the place
because it’s only five minutes away from the Thorndale train. Also I
found out that the place is near the Norristown high speed line. Hurricane Ian
is zooming towards Florida towards the gulf coast. It will be a category four hurricane by tomorrow afternoon when it first hits
landfall in Florida. It’s expected the weekend but it’s gonna be a pretty big one from what I’ve been reading in the newspapers ha ha the Internet. I

have a friend who lives in West Palm Beach and her friend lives in Sarasota. I need to check up on the front in Sarasota. Specially, Larry seems to be OK. It hasn’t completely hit there yet.
