Witness to petty crime: 44th and Spruce

As I'm walking back home, I hear  screaming  near the corner of 44th and Spruce . I just started to put on my iPhone video camera & caught an attempted crime as it was ending.

10 minutes. I recognized  the gentleman as he was being questioned. The police already apprehended him when we showed up!! I'm going to share the video with the gentleman and his girlfriend. I'll send you the video later
