Thursday December 8: Losing My Backpack & Mild

This is a good time to think about shakubuku from SGI. That’s

what just came to me from many years ago. Anyway, today is mild and it’s not dreary rain today so that’s a really good thing and I like that. I got
up and I couldn’t get out the door in time so I

missed the fifth 730 train so I am going to be a couple minutes late. Anyhow much nicer day today which is a good thing. This is the second day in a row that

SEPTA is running on time, so that’s a good thing. The holidays are creeping closer like Socialism and I haven’t thought of what I’m getting anybody yet.. I have yoga and I’m going at 5:30 since I

have a 4 o’clock appointment. It’s a 90 minute class. Mike has a doctors appointment this afternoon. Turning out to be a nice looking day outside tomorrow

. Supposed to be a lot cooler than today so today’s the price of the week. Well it’s now 10:51. I went to the Rite Aid to get my script and a few other little things. I walked around for a bit in the nice

sunny weather. It’s a beautiful day out here. I’m pretty hungry so I ordered a Gyro for lunch the Biden ministration manage to get free Brittney Griner out of Russian prison, some

Republicans are acting all butt hurt about it. I guess that’s what they do. Mike has

a doctors appointment this afternoon and then I have to do appointment &
Yoga later on today. Mike and I went to his doctors appointment about an hour early because the van service got here early so we went to Penn medicine 8th and Walnut and it’s
got the height and security. We are not allowed to push your own elevator buttons.

Somebody got shot up there so they had to change everything

because of that. Lol we’re waiting in the waiting room for about an hour and Mike was seeded around 230 so I took the bus back to his place so I could sign

out on time. Well unbeknownst to me I caught the bus and realized after I get off the bus ride forgotten my backpack I believe I left it at the hospital on the

ninth floor where Michael was being seen. I called him up and asked him to give somebody
a warning that I left it there. I got a sign out at three which is in six minutes

and then I have to run back God I hope it’s there. Well, I went back to the hospital and it wasn’t there. I didn’t call SEPTA Lost & Found. While I was in therapy,

I thought maybe I left it in the van service well after therapy my kid called

and then he told me the guy found it and it’s Dan and I’m gonna get
my backpack tomorrow morning back from the van service. Wow what a relief. It’s now 4:59 PM and I got to get to yoga and it’s a 90 minute class. I need some water

and and I’m gonna have to rent an extra towel and get a water because that’s all in the backpack. That’s a relief holy shit.
