Friday June 1: Tired and Humid Day

I woke up with my new scratchy throat which I cought at 

work. I went to Sunrise. It was fine. Actually is pretty inspirational a 

 an with a good program had 12 years and
 good good stuff. I then ran into Dean and he bought me a refill of my coffee. He seems to be  n a good space and it makes a lot easier on me. Anyway it’s Friday and 

 ’m pretty thankful because I was not ready for a full week of work after 

 acation. I got to work on time. We had a conversation about what is the WORST word you can call a woman.

I said C—-was #1 but a co-worker disagreed and said B—-. This link agreed with my assessment. 

 I bet you ask 100 women to C-word win. I continued to work saw somebody and I’m working on the alerts at this point. People are starting to  starting to rap and slap since it’s Friday. People prefer to do that then actually do this stuff. My throats a

bit horse but at least it doesn’t hurt and I don’t have a fever. Where around 3:30 PM I really started feeling 

 xhausted. I fortunately with Kevin Flynn. is Stefan and that got me through. I saw someone late and did some other miscellaneous 

 ullshit. I got half my alerts done that’s about it. I got through the day and about it. I came home thinking I try to make a meeting but I was too tired and crashed pretty hard. I then got up and talked on the phone and had dinner. I got a little bit of a cold here today kind of weighing down on me.
