I woke up this morning after a little bit of difficulty getting rested since I slept in yesterday morning. I got up and got out of the house
and on time and caught the train. I then 
went to Mike’s and he was suffering from his vertigo so I was placed in a bit of a mess, so I worked
on that. I was talking to him about calling the specialist 
and I did. at first the appointments February 16, but I have dental surgery that day so they are actually able to squeeze me in
but I had to go to the Bryn Mawr office. I 
was perfectly fine with that. I was able to catch one of the commuter train fridge is more direct and taking the Norristown
high-speed line in the market Frankford line. 
Anyhow I went to the doctors. I waited about 20 minutes past my time and he looked and said “it’s shingles.“ He said it was “classic“ shingles. I told him I got the vaccine and
he said well the vaccine kept the extreme pain that people get with shingles , so I’m gonna take Valtrex for a week straight. So another words the good tip the two new lumps
are three new lumps are shingles
not the other thing. I did notice that Center City was really quiet like the whole city
had a hangover from Eagles losing the game last night 38 to 35 to the
Kansas City Chiefs. And I’m gonna catch the Bryn Mawr train comes in 20 minutes. Well, I got the train now going to go on errands
to Rite Aid pharmacy and then to the CVS
pharmacy and pick up scripts from Mike and myself. Going to pick up some
snacks and stuff like that. Thank God it’s a nice warm day. I got
some pretty good pictures of the proceedings which is a good thing for America
and myself. I want to get these errands done and then try to quit it grab a
quick lunch so I don’t eat to zoom before yoga. That starts at 4 PM. I then went to Rite Aid and pick
up Mike’s script and he has got a boatload of them. I was barely able
to fit that in the things I bought for myself in my pocket but I
did manage. To fit all my prescriptions in and I took one when I
got to Mike’s. I then eat some lunch reviewed some stuff and did some
communication via text message. Also took my first dose of
the Valtrex. Since I got shingles. Well it’s 3:30 PM and I’m heading
off to yoga right now. Well the class went out a hitch. I was
able to take care of my moves in my poses. I did feel a little twinge
in my knee, so I was very careful about that and I was able to leave
class cool off and then he was fine again. It’s a constant thing, but in the day
just have to be mindful of that. I’m heading towards MONDAY
Night Beginners meeting. It’s now 6:45 PM. The meeting was decent. It was about asking for help. I didn’t call to 21. Best to get back to my place and found that I get a
cancellation. It’s about my dental benefits that I have to fix up tomorrow. I’ll talk in the phone in that was that for the day. As a side-note
, I had somebody from Philly hot ass and I kept sending me links to copy and I had a blockage cause it just seems so much like Spam that I had to block
