Ash Wednesday February18th: Slo-Moving

Fairmount Ave
Well I decided to sleep in since I got to sleep so late. I threw on my clothes and went to catch the 48. Boy,
Bus Stop
that was late! There was a bunch of people waiting for it. Are you going to did arrive going about 2 miles
Market St
an hour the entire trip😁 I mean all of market Street backed up like there was an accident and they're
Alternate Coffee Place

still trying to snow in a brown which just in the case. I stopped at the rainbow café which is my coffee
30th Street
shop in a pinch. It's 9 AM and I'm on subway at 22nd St. listen to the Beatles "I want you she's so heavy." Well
For the Ankle

last night got me to thinking. Thinking about stuff that I really don't need to think about too much.
Blue Cross Building
Otherwise it gerbil in my head start spreading negative rumors and news in my own mind. Well it's time
57th  and Mark
to go to work where there's no time to gaze at my navel. It's post to get very cold from tonight till
Slow Computer
Saturday night. I will continue to do "my thing" because it's what I got left.
Well I got the results of
Fruit Basket
the x-rays on my ankle it's mostly good news but I got to see a foot and ankle specialist next Friday,
58th and Market at Lunchtie
February 27. That's the same day as my physical therapy.
Your xray showed some mild abnormalities but no fracture. There seems to be a slight irregularity around the area where you are having the most pain. I still think you should proceed with physical therapy, but I also think it would be a good idea for you to see a foot and ankle specialist
Leaving Work

So there you go. So so I left about 5:30 PM and got to my appointment on     time. I'm stood  here @ here at 22nd and Arch as usual waiting for the 48 bus or the 7 bus. I just went to Trader Joe's and got $70 worth of food. I swear I barely had any food and this just scratches the surface.
The session went well. I want  to try some
$70 at Trader Joe's
relaxing exercise so I go to bed earlier. My therapist thinks it Will help my moodiness. She noticed
The Beatles
that my opinions on my dates vary depending on the moment in the day and the time.
Well I just read that Dennis Tawes is leaving Millville.
I think his vision and vision of some of the city fathers differed
Waling Again
and he probably missed home. When I got home I made some pasta when upstairs and slept in
Nasty Accident
that small room on the third floor for half the night in a large room the second half the night.
