Tuesday, April 23: Heading to Stockholm and Amsterdam

This morning, I got a little up a little early and Pat was still in my place 

snoozing on the futon. And I helped him finish his state taxes, not on some energy bars and did some last-minute packing stuff and got my laundry out of the dryer. I didn’t fold it. I just threw it on 

the bed because time caught up to me. Well, I called the train which came on time and I got the new Work with no difficulties. I am found my terminal 

and called AT&T and they remove the block on my Sim card and I did the eSIM but can’t really activate it till I land and I have to turn off roaming 

and do some technical stuff so I don’t get super huge roaming charges. Then I decided to eat at Mexican restaurant place, I charged my phone. It’s 1:21 PM Eastern time so I guess about an hour 
and a half. I’m 

   going to the terminal and see if my TSA pre-came through. I think my eSIM is working because I have to turn it off until I land. It’s now


4:34 PM. It’s almost time to start boarding which is at around 4:40 PM. People already standing up to get ready to leave this flight. Looks like it’s pretty packed. They’re announcing a lot of names for document 

identification. Anyhow, I charged up my phone I ate a delicious burrito nice fat burrito so I shouldn’t really need to eat much 

of anything on this flight. I’m hoping I can get myself nice and tired. I put some electrolyte into my yoga and I’m drinking


 some of that while waiting for boarding process to start. I talked to a couple people on the phone, and I’m finally ready to get going. I attempted


to enroll in the Wi-Fi at this airline, but it just never got stable and I could never sign on to pay for it. So right now this is an off-line version. I had a really nice dinner considering it’s an airport 

and plus occupied adjust things and get comfortable, etc. It’s now 747 Eastern 

time. The phone is still stuck in Eastern standard time because I have no reception 

at this point. I’m hoping now after I watch this movie Argo, I can get the sleep I’m trying bit of this coffee, but I don’t have enough cream so I’m probably gonna Drink it. It’s now 1145 Eastern time and 3 AM Norway time actually it’s 5:43 AM Norwegian time. I finally got some Wi-Fi up but it’s only for the last hour of flight because I couldn’t get it to connect.

Monday, January 22: Travel Day with American Airlines

Well, Mary and I made the best of a crappy situation. We decided we would not go to any 

hotel because it wouldn’t be worth it since we have a standby That starts boarding at 7:15 AM. So we were told there’s a that starts 

boarding at 7:15 AM. So we were told there’s a place we could get food through our credit card since there’s no stores open 

and there is no human so you just go in grab a sandwich so Mary and I grab some grub and it wasn’t bad tasting. We enjoyed
the food and we had a little fun , I took a picture of Maryann I get it giving us giving the

we decided to sleep underneath one of the tables of people charge their phones, so I use the yoga mat  as a bed and we used the Turkish towels that I bought 

is covers and use various clothing as pillows. We slept, as well as who could considering the extreme dleeping all night at the airport we got up and Mary bought some



 coffee and an English muffin sandwich from the Starbucks. We did manage

 to get on the standby flight. Thank God for that. Soon as I sat in my seat,


 I fell asleep and I wrote back to Larry. Also, today I was determined to get my phone fixed so I ran back-and-forth to Apple Store. I showed up right after I arrived at Mary‘s. Dumped off my stuff and ran over to the Apple Store. They told me to come back at 11:30 
so I went to Mike’s and I ran back to the Apple Store at 11:30 and they told me to come back at 1:30. The phone was fixed successfully but it cost me 350 bucks, now I have to go back and edit my blogs and get my pictures resurfaced which will take at least a week. Believe it or not I ended up going to yoga class. I bought some turquoise shorts, which were very funny at the five and dime place near the five guys and the five below 

Wednesday, October 11: Back to Sunny Philly 🌞

I managed to get up at 4:15 AM and I have time to throw down some 

cereal and take my morning meds. The drive to airport was very quick and I only needed that hour. TSA wasn’t bad. But people boarding this airline has 

been difficult, the flights, leaving at 6:10 and people are still boarding and 

babies are crying. Well, it’s now 6:13 AM and we’re starting to 

taxi from the runway. Michael goes to get to work by 8:30 AM. We’ll see if we can do that. 7:41 AM the train did arrive on time to take me back 



to suburban station. I should be able to make it to Mike’s by my usual time of 8:30 AM. The plane flight was fine except one time the baby just screeched so loud
 it was scary. Well, I got the Mike’s at time around 8:30 AM. We got caught up and I took a quick nap because I was pretty tired from getting up at 4 AM in the morning. We eventually did go out and take a walk and 

get lunch. Each of us had one slice of pizza at that place is pretty good and it’s such a beautiful day out here. It’s unbelievable compared to what I’ve 

been dealing with in Buffalo. This is like Shangri-La stuff.it’s 12:30 PM. Mike might be able to get a place at East Locust. It’s a senior place. He hast

 to go in for an interview next week. This is the break he needs. Also, we took pictures of Mike and Ann. I took pictures of myself with the wall plain



 black it was interesting in the sun is so nice and bright right now. It’s pretty amazing. Looks like we have a nominee for House Speaker and it’s  Steve Scalise! I am aware

 that vote by the full house has  to happen first. Anyhow, I heard later on that Jordan dropped out and endorsed Scalise so they still have to vote but he’ll

 probably get in just because they don’t wanna look like complete idiots. Anyhow, the rest of the day I did some straightening out with Mike and he’s applying for this COPD studying might have

 an apartment at eighth and Locust but he hast to be interviewed 

next Thursday. I decided to skip yoga. I’m pretty beat. I did take a nap but I’m still

 entirely tired. I was hoping to catch a bus part of the way there,

 but alas I didn’t so I invited Mary to come out and walk me now a little tired it’s just so nice

out. I didn’t do yoga and even and I do want to make it an early 

evening because I’m just kind of wiped out, it’s now 5:01 PM well, and you’re meeting with Mary and we took a walk down the Riverwalk or the Schuylkill River

 Trail and it was a glorious day to take that walk. It felt good to be outside on such a 
nice day. However, my feet were killing me, especially my right foot with the plantar
fasciitis, Mary help to make 
it feel better and then the rest the night we hung out at her place and had a really fun time. Not sure I’m gonna get enough sleep. That’s the only issue.
