Tuesday, October 6: Mike @Senior Center. Cool. Yoga and Choir.

Good day everybody today I woke up extra early for 70 M. AA meeting. I did share. I ran into Rick I know for the Program from whale and back in the Sunrise

semester days. He was very complementary nice to me. I told him about Mike and he said he would try to call Mike. It was very pleasant. I went back to

Mary’s talk to her a little bit and she went back to sleep and I ate cereal and some iced tea. That was pretty tasty that I walked over to Mike’s got there

around 9:10 AM and I did some cleanup of the liquid materials as usual then I rested a little bit. Need some yogurt. I then assisted Mike down to the senior center. the Philadelphia senior

centers to be exact. We signed in and I got my blood pressure taken and Mike signed up for lunch. He made a small donation in quarters. We decided to wait till the 12:00 PM shift for lunch

came up and we hung around and talked a little bit. It was very busy there. It’s a flurry of activity there. Anyway, Mike did get his lunch and it was macaroni cheese and a chicken patty. The coffee was instant

coffee, which was very strange but Mike drank a little bit of it. We then got back to senior center and I had lunch. Mary called American Airlines about our flight changes and the fact that our seat

for separated from each other for some reason. She put in her global entry in A. I have to call back and put my global entry number which I have not done yet. I would’ve asked her put

mine in, but the cards locked up. Mike called the Scottish Rite House. The guy said to call back in 45 minutes. In the meantime, he called some other people

and try to get his medication of Riland taken care of. It’s a busy day. I’m starting to feel a little gas. It’s 3:10 PM and I’m ready to start going to Yoga soon. Well, after experimenting with

taking two photos and grouping them together via the photo app, I got ready to go packed up and got ready to go to yoga. Boy, Iam  tired now. Anyhow,

I got to Yoga and it was taught by Lupe and it was a really good class. She really is a good instructor. She managed to get a lot of instruction and fit it all

in a 90 minute class. I really enjoyed that. So I’m getting ready for Choir now sing onto God sing yeah!! it was very interesting Choir practice some of the

songs were really very difficult, but others were not so bad. There’s this French tune that was very difficult and somebody made some delicious ratatouille

salad of some sort that was made of pasta noodles.well that got me through the rest of Choir and we did rehearsal till about 9:35 PM. That one song with the French lyrics is really a slug. There’s always one piece that I have difficulty or I don’t like in every rehearsal. Anyhow, Mary and I had the samosas watch a little bit of John Oliver, and law and order.

Sunday, August 9: Leaving Healdsburg, Flying to Philly no

Good day everybody. Today Mary and I woke up at the Fairview Motel and walked over to the bakery. I forgot the name of it but we weren’t there and it was very delicious. We got a stuffed oatmeal pastry and a thumbprint piece of pastry that Mary really wanted to get. Within waited for an Uber because it was too long of a walk. We really enjoyed that place. We then took the Uber to the plank café with all our bags and stuff and went to the Plane café. They ran out of tortillas so we couldn’t order the same thing that we got before. We went there and it was much less crowded than it was yesterday. After we chow down we quickly got going and walked to Joe and Shelley‘s place. We hung out there for a while. We saw Joe’s daughters who was pregnant and due in October. Anyhow, we hung out at Joe and Charles for a while and mellow it out. Then we called Uber and the Uber took 20 minutes to get a driver then the driver showed up 11 minutes later. Then there was a 15 minute ride to the airport. We got to the airport with 10 minutes left until they started boarding. The TSA was so slow there they didn’t have touchless and there was one couple that had like six bags and thank God they went through we would’ve been up a creek. We then got to TSA. I got picked for them to check out my shoes for any chemicals and Mary got her bag picked because of the Pepto-Bismol, which was very weird, but it was a weird place this little Santa Rosa airport. Then we go on the tarmac and it’s hard to tell where to go so we found out we have to. Mary’s bag had to be left somewhere and we’re supposed to ask them where where to pick it up when we arrive in Phoenix. Very kinky little Plane couldn’t even fit my bag in the overhead so I stuffed my bag underneath unfortunately it passed. It’s an hour and a half flight on this little dinky airplane. We do have about three hour layover so we should be OK in that department. Oh, this, Rinky didn’t airplane has no working charger. It’s there, but it doesn’t work. My phone will die during this flight to Phoenix. We have three hours in Phoenix though. well, we arrived in Phoenix and we had to wait for Mary’s luggage and they are outside is really hot there in Phoenix. Anyway, we grabbed a bite to eat overpriced burritos and salsa and chips. We did eventually found a place to charge our phones because both our phones were dying. We got about a half hour till the plane boards so that’s what we’re gonna do. We’re gonna sit here and get ready for planes to board. I forgot to mention that 3️⃣ out of our 4️⃣ rides with Uber, we were driven by the same exact guy. It was quite phenomenal that way. We’re sitting here in Phoenix. Everything’s closed here for food in this airport as of 9 o’clock. Well, it’s 9:11 PM and we just found out that our flights delayed because they can’t land the airplane due to the dust storm that’s ripping through Phoenix right now more fun in the airport with this rinky-dink airport hooray. well, we got an announcement that due to the dust storms. The one Plane that was supposed to come here went straight to Vegas. They then told us to move from B6 a 22 they started to board the airline at 10:05 PM and we’re about to board now. We have an AI machine now telling people when the board they couldn’t get a human to do it unfortunately. Well, they were going through the first couple groups real fast and now they seem to have gone to a ground hall probably because people have trouble putting their luggage above their heads. I don’t know it’s 10:14 PM now.
