Friday, August 22: Sunny Mike & Apparatus. Yoga

Hello everyone. This morning I got to sleep in my normal old time. I was early somewhat tire and got the Mike’s pretty late today. But I guess I’ll make it’s made up by the extra hours. I served up yesterday. At least I hope it does. Well, I got to his place and we had to figure out the apparatus that the Hospital gave For Mike yesterday is supposed to measure his heart and take it every day and the lady at the Abbott laboratories was was very helpful because he had to adjust himself to make it fit and we figured it out, but it was a bit frustrating at times I found myself being very frustrated by the machine more than Mike perhaps. Once we got that machine done, I was very much relieved did a little bit of organizing in the back of his house and it looks a little bit better. Oh geez, I forgot to mention Mike told me last night when he turned on the microwave. It made a big spark in the back of the microwave so I fronted him money to get a new microwave and he was able to get it on Instacart thru Best Buy on the same day, so I set it up and it seems a little less cheap than the other one. and heading towards Miah‘s 4 o’clock class. I’m hopefully going to be able to sign in via the moments but I don’t know cause some more. I heard they really had a rough time transitioning from moment to mind-body for the platform for signing up for classes. was able to sign in to the moments version of Hot Yoga , Philadelphia and signed up for me at 4 PM class. Today my body felt a lot better than I did yesterday. The room was not nearly as hot and I wasn’t nearly as parched as I was yesterday. After class, we hung out for a little while and then we decided we would order from Royal Indian. it was a good day overall nice weather and my body felt the best. It felt quite some time. We ended up watching several law and order episodes. That early seasons of Law order were really good were in the second season from 1991. I believe it’s amazing how the technology has changed. There was one instance where somebody ran to a payphone to call the police and stuff. Very interesting stuff.
