Tuesday, August 12: Banking, Yoga and Heat

Hello everyone out there in the world of the Internet and beyond yes I’m back writing in this blog dealing with the new reality that I can’t shrink my pictures. At least I haven’t figured it out with any possibility. Anyway, I got up after a better night sleep, and got to Mike’s. He was in pretty good spirits Nichole the nurse came by and went over some things with Mike. His vitals were in pretty good shape. After she left, I thought I had an appointment at 11, but it really was at 1 PM. We did his exercises and then I went over to UPS to get a check and deposit it. That took over an hour just to do that. Not sure because the The gentleman I saw, he was very nice and we shot the shit in. He offered me water, etc. Anyhow, I went to Td bank and the guy was very strange. You first said well you can deposit an ATM or online and then proceeded told me that only $100 is available right away and it would take to tomorrow or possibly up to 6 business days for the whole check to go in. It was very weird that he said that was I getting a penalty for using the teller.? Anyway, enough of that. Afterwards, Mike and I continued his walks and that was good. I then talked to Alice can we just shot the shit Alice is going to be visiting with her daughter Hannah just flying in so they could see mom and Hannah could see my mom as well.It saw 3:24 PM. I just went outside. It’s warm, but the humidity is not all that bad. Next, I headed down to the 4 o’clock class with Evan. Haven’t been taught under Evan in quite some time several months at least. Class wasn’t that well tenant but it was a really good solid class. He did have us hold some poses longer than others that was noticeable. Also I found out Linda and Dave are going to go to Cozumel Mexico with us on yoga retreat vacation. That’s really great. It’s good to have friends along on the trip like this. Anyhow, we stayed at the studio for a while too relax a bit that was a pretty tough class today for me. It was a good class, however, and I got a lot out of it. We then walked through the sunshine of Center City and started the laundry. Within went to the ACA and then had some delicious veggie burgers. The veggie burgers were quite delicious. I chowed down on two of them. Afterwards, we watched one Law order and Stephen Colbert, and we were both very tired and decided to hit the head as soon as possible I mean, go to bed as soon as possible. Tomorrow, the humidity and the thunderstorms are gonna come back, but I don’t care because we’ve been very fortunate with this weather in the last week so I’m not gonna complain about it.
