Thursday, August 14: Ear Wax. Yoga

Well, I did manage to sleep despite my ear issue where I have wax and possibly water stuck in my ear. I have a slight earache and loud sounds really irritating. I got the Mike’s. We did a walk did a little bit of cleaning and then I had to go take a walk to Dr. Stillman‘s office. It was a nice walk, but the humidity is definitely high. I also managed to forget my hat so I tried to walk in the shade as much as possible. I had to walk from 15th and Lombard to 11th and market for the appointment. It’s at 11:12. I’m gonna be seeing the doctor soon. Well, the doctor saw me and flushed out all the wax from both of the years! Oh my God, that was such a relief. He said there was more wax on the right ear, which was good then the left ear, which was causing me a lot of discomfort and pain. Oh my God, I’m so glad he saw me so soon. So I got back to Mike’s and got him his laundry money and started the laundry. I just split the two washers because well the laundry load was ginormous. Anyway, Tony came over and Mike was able to go down the steps and go outside for the first time in at least a month if not, two months.! It’s hard to believe it’s been that long, but that was the case. After Tony left, I changed the laundry and then finished up eating and oh my God aI got so tired and I’m like falling asleep in the chair while charging my phone up. And it was time to go and I marched out of the place without signing out so half a block away to walk back and sign out and then Rob told me mom‘s meals just got delivered so I went ahead and packed in his mom’s Meals so which time 3:47 PM and I’m just hitting spruce and I’m walking as fast as I’m able to walk fast. Mary’s not gonna make it cause I think she pulled something in her back from carrying heavy stuff. Lupe is teaching tonight and I’m going because it’s great to have my wax gone for my ears. It is humid as hell though. well, I went to class and I was running late, but I got there and get the class on time. It was first very very warm but she did open some doors and windows and it was helpful. I felt pretty good in class. Afterwords I found out about a birthday going away party for Lupe next Thursday after class around six Sylvia’s house should be interesting. I don’t know if I’ll end up going, but it does sound interesting. Anyway, I went and got smoothies for each of us and well I got to the Dorchester and I told Mary I wanted to take a nice nap and that’s what we did for at least 35 minutes. It was very much needed. I feel pretty gassed so it was a nice idea so it’s now 7:48 PM. I’m running the computer for tonight’s meeting so I have to be there by eight so I can learn the computer cause I did it, but it has been months probably 8 months since I last did it. Well, the meeting was good. It was about unconditional love and we talked about step eight. Was likely attended and I did OK on the computer with some help. I caught the bus on time got the last two iced teas that the store has and I’m heading back to the Dorchester it’s going on 10:00 PM. My arms are dead tired and I am a little warm in the head cause I think I got some little burnt I’m not having a hat today. I can’t afford to do that too many times. Anyway, I had some dinner and it was pretty damn good. It was chilly Reno.
