Well I woke up after a very deep sound sleep. I could’ve slept till 10. It would’ve felt freaking fantastic. 
Anyway, I got the Mike’s not as late as yesterday and that seem to work for me. Anyhow, I did a little bit of cleanup and around the house 
and then Mike made an order. We’re also had him do his walks today as many as we can fit in. He’s walking but he’s struggling. I ordered another batch 
of Amazon fresh and Mike got an order from another delivery service which I can’t remember the name 
right now. They first sent it to 1428 and I actually walked into 1428 because somebody in that 
apartment was doing a lot of moving in. The delivery guy came back and was very apologetic and carried
all the stuff upstairs. I didn’t chow down on grapes, energy, drink, and super coffee. I have a new delivery
of super Coffee’s coming today so I drank the last of the ones that I had. Yes, this delivery is supposed to come between now and 3 o’clock. Knowing 
Amazon they generate deliver in the last half hour so it won’t be there at Mike’s till probably around 2:30 PM. So 
I got a lot of food at Mike’s house now it should hold me over for till next month, which is September believe it or not. Today is a beautiful sunny day. It’s about as nice as it gets in Philly in the summer very low humidity nice temperatures 
the whole 9 yards. Well, Amazon scooted up my second order. They delivered it to 426 Carlisle St. which is basically across the street and then when 
I went to 426 Carlisle St. it wasn’t there and nobody answered the door. Then Amazon when I called them claimed that the delivery is done at 11 o’clock
Not realizing that there wasn’t fresh order that came in so I talked to the Indian guy and decided that I would get a refund since I’m not gonna be 
around. It’s very frustrating but you know they’ve done this to Mike before they just delivered. They don’t even look at the street and they don’t look 
at the address1426. It’s different than 426 anyway it’s gonna take 5 to 7 days of course to get my money back you know, even thou easily send it back 
within three days they won’t do it. Anyway, it’s 2:42 PM Mike’s going take a shower at some point. Well anyway, Mike did take a shower and I 
checked out from work and headed off to Mia’s 4 o’clock class. She has it upstairs on the fourth floor, which was nice, but there wasn’t room in the back
somehow even in the studio is bigger so I had to just go up in the front row which I didn’t really wanna do but you know it was about time. I tried it. 
Tina was behind me so she got to observe, but I’m sure she was not really staring at my scapula.🧐 I push myself
pretty good in class and it was a good tough class, but the room wasn’t horribly hot thank goodness. The weather was about perfect out to studio wasn’t too 
bad on the heat.. Anyway, we hung out at the studio a long time and we listen to some funky dance music that Emma is playing. I had a banana after 
class and we eventually left pretty tired and went back to Mary’s and relaxed. Mary made me a smoothie and that was pretty thick and tasty. So 
I’ve had lots of protein today more than I usually have. We talked about Trump stupid tariffs that are gonna kick in Very soon. Raising overall prices for
Americans at over 20% for all kinds of goods. We then decided we would park the rental car. We’re taking out tomorrow at in the garage just seemed
easiest to do less hassle. They did raise it up from $25-$35 a night but we’ll just split it.We ordered some Indian food and it’s now 852 and I’m going go out and get some. well, we ate, but I
couldn’t even finish what I had because I had a bunch of food during the day which is rare usually I am hungry enough to eat a full meal, but we didn’t and then we watched one Law order and then watch some Stephen Colbert clips, which were very good
