Well, I woke up this morning after half decent sleep actually was a decent sleep. I got up talk to Mary for a while. I already decided not to go to yoga today cause to let my shoulder heal. I went to Mike’s and the nurse came
over and his high blood pressure was a little bit high, but he was all right. I then did a little bit of cleaning and then ended up going to sports massage with Dylan Massage. His approach is a little bit different. He wasn’t quite as hard as
the previous guy had and and he suggested that go Group chiropractor perhaps for about my vertebrae it might the vertebrae might be pinching the nerve possibly. I felt a little bit better, but I could
tell that it wasn’t gonna go away right away and then went back to Mike’s put away his mom‘s Meals had some lunch and then headed off to Mary’s to do some relaxation exercises and to pick up some laundry. well, I got the laundry and
Mary had the room all set up with the blocks and the blanket for me to do two relaxation poses to get my muscles to relax. It felt pretty good, but my muscles are still pretty tense. There’s just bullshit going on with my back. Mary got
home around 6:05 PM and we hung out and talked. We then had these bowls that were easy to cook. We just microwaved them and eat them. It was perfect because I wanted some food to get
the chill out of me so I put on lung pants and I put on a long sleeve shirt along with my sweat jacket I think I’m fighting off a cold, but I’m not sure or could just be the stress of my body rebelling
on my right shoulder rotator cuff and scapula. I’m now heading to theCODA meeting which I missed yesterday. I’m on the computer. Well, I made it to the meeting. I needed a lot of help
with the computer and I felt my fever and the area right below. My clavicle was particularly sore to the point where stretching my back arms backwards was very uncomfortable. I caught the 49 bus at 9:23 PM, which is its new time. I
miss that bus. There is no point in taking SEPTA Thank you For your time on this matter!!! Anyhow, after bombing against the Mets and losing
three in a row, getting swept, the Phillies took out their frustrations on the brave scoring 18 runs. Somebody must’ve given him a good talking to.
