Well, I got up at the old Dorchester at around 8:30 AM today. Mary and I had cereal and then we picked up the car from the garage with our iced teas in hand and head on out
to the Riddle village. We got there at approximately 11:30 AM And got to visit mom she was asleep and she’s really happy to see us. Anyhow, we shared what we’ve been doing such as the Phillies game yesterday. We
also took a picture of ourselves, which came out pretty good. I must say. Dave said he was gonna be coming over later today to visit now to shore. Then it was time for mom to have lunch
and Mary noticed something and we ended up telling them staff about it. Mary is very engaged with my mom and I really appreciated that. She’s very understanding that way, but
I’m very fortunate. We then mowed out from the Riddle Village and headed back to Philadelphia via 495, the blue route via 95 up to 76 back to Mary’s house. That’s actually faster
than going straight down West Chester Pike, believe it or not. I took out the batteries. I dropped it off and head off to Millbourne dropped off all my stuff said hello to Pat for a bit and then
went back to return the car. When I went in there, I was gonna do my usual thing of dropping off the keys in the counter and these ladies from the Alamo counter said drop it off in this
big gray box so that’s what I did. I was a little confused, but I dropped it off there anyway.Pat N had takeout from Kababish and that was tasty. We got the usual vegetarian platters and we talked a bit that was fun. Later on this evening, a hellacious thunderstorm came rolling through. It was raining really really hard. I’m so glad I wasn’t outside for that.
