Saturday, August 16: Phillies game in Nationals Park

After waking up really drowsy this morning, we managed to get ourselves together to Get the laundry and get dressed, etc. We decided we weren’t not really prepared to go have make our own breakfast so we decided to go to the café and go to the coffee shop nearby. My café food was delicious of course and our coffee was yummy. We decided to catch an Uber right at the café. We had some minor difficulties, but we caught this Uber. Well, we showed up at Hertz and for whatever reason they only have one guy behind the counter and there’s three people in front of us. I don’t understand why they allow stuff to get so shortstaffed it’s really weird. It’s 10:56 AM. I’m glad you showed up about 10 to 15 minutes early. We were told we’d have to wait 15 minutes because they’re still cleaning our cars. Also didn’t help that I didn’t pay ahead of time. well, soon as we left the 30th St. went over to pick up Kim in South Philadelphia. We stopped by and got some iced tea for the drive. Drive was a bit tiring because lots of traffic and there was some real assholes and a few accidents too along the way, but we got here in time. it’s now 3:46 PM we’re in a crowded national Park stadium, which is 20 years old. Hopefully we’re not gonna be picking in the sun in our seats cause it’s very hot in the sun not so bad in the shade, which is good. I wish I was able to figure out my cruise control cause my right hamstring is a bit touchy right now. Kim did get us some water so I have some water to get us through the game and stuff. Well, we got our seats and fortunate we weren’t baking in the sun. In the first 2 innings, Phillies had good chance to score and got 2 guys thrown out a third base. Then they had first and third and got into a double play. After about the fourth thinning, they didn’t do squat and lost two to nothing to the national national scored man on second third and two outand that was the only run of the game game ended at about 6:05 PM so it was about a two hour game, Phillies lost 2-0 think!which is pretty quick in this day and age. Weather was good. It was pretty warm in the sun, but not too bad in the Shade. Went to take care of business in the respect of men and ladies room and now we’re gonna go to the parking lot and try to get out of the parking lot hit 995 like good boys and girls. It’s now 10:12 PM. We just got home after dropping Kim off so you relief. we got in. We had yogurt and a bunch of blueberries,

which were actually very delicious. I am pretty tired, but not so bad. It’s been very relaxing since I got home and I’m gonna make a video out of all the ballpark action that we had Maria and I are going to visit my mom tomorrow around 11 o’clock. We hope to arrive there at 11 Away.
