Good morning everybody this is Mark Krull reporting. I got up showed up to Mike’s a little bit late and We started the exercise
that Tony
recommended. Tony recommended he to walk back-and-forth into his apartment outside at eight times a day. Otherwise he’s not going to
be able to ever leave his apartment because he won’t 
be able to go down and up his steps to get out. It is concerning actually. Both his knees are acting up and are weak anyhow Betsey came over for the first time in months and we went out for pizza slice and then went back to Mike because he was napping as he she came over. I was literally going to the drugstore there. She was so got a slice and then went to the alternative drugstore and then we hung out with Mike. Then the nurse Nichole came in.
