Well, Its now Monday morning around 5am. Having some coffee and getting ready mentally for a very busy week. Of course the state of Pennsylvania denied our 9 to 1pm overtime that was set for Saturday but hey, I at least have a job...right?? Meanwhile, all the political fat cats went to the Pennsylvania Society weekend in New York City to warm up to lobbyists and business big-wigs. Umm, I bet nobody from our union SEIU Local 668 were invited. They should have crashed this event since I KNOW Gov Corbett is going to cry broke when it comes to our state contract coming up in July. This is the political culture in Pa. Does any other state have this kind of event? Yesterday, we went with Jon and Densie to the Lowe's to look at flooring. The brand was Swiftlock laminate flooring. The proposed cost for material is about $340 and if we hired Lowe's to come out it would be an additional $588!!  I know what I will be helping to do this holiday season.

On a lighter note, Here is our stairwell yesterday.  I thought this video was pretty neat so I found a way to include it here. I have to get dressed now since its now 5:30 and the bus comes at 5:47am and its ALWAYS on time
