Saturday, December 9: Sunny 🌞 Starts in Rittenhouse Square

Have a great day today. I started my morning in Rittenhouse Square. 

We went to the Montreal bagel spread place and that was really good. I had the 

traditional bacon cheese sandwich with sausage. It was very tasty. 

I had some coffee and it was an adventure because some old guy just spilt my 

coffee and before that the coffee it run out, so I definitely 

got a fresh Blend. Really enjoying myself here in Philly. 

Meanwhile, the Texas Supreme Court overruled a judge’s order giving a woman permission to have an abortion. The woman

 wanted a 3rd child  but the baby has serious medical issues and if 

she has the kid she may not be able to have another kid. It doesn’t matter to 

these so-called “pro life“ MAGA idiots , it’s screwed SO up fucked up. Well after that 

yummy breakfast, I headed out to downtown. I first had to charge up 

my phone because the battery life was really low so I went to the coffee shop 

got my battery charged and then headed on the market. Frankfurt

 line and then came home had some grapes, yogurt and a poppy soda.it’s now 3:30 PM. I’m now waiting for the train to show up. Take me back downtown for 

my 4 PM class. The 4 o’clock class is really hot today. I was also a little bit gassy, but I 

did TMI too. Anyway, I made it through the class my short shoulder



 didn’t really affect all that much so I trouble doing this situps cause I don’t wanna jerk
my shoulder trying to get up. Took me a while to cool off. It’s now 6:05 PM getting

 ready to leave and have Ethiopian. In real news, the president of Penn resigned today and I think it’s just a political bullshit for the Republicans to try to defund and delegitimize universities. This is what they’ve been 

after they found their openness to to unpopular opinions. well, we went to a café and 

ordered Ethiopian it was very good. We also
 watched other peoples lives, which was a movie that came out in 2006 and wanted an Academy award in 2007 for best foreign picture. It was about an actress and her 

playwright lover in 1984 East Germany. It was very good after that. I had my butt back home because I was tired so I came home had one yogurt and a drink and went to bed. 

Tuesday, May 23: Smoke from Canada 💨 & Yoga

Good day everybody it’s Tuesday, which is the technically the

 third day of the week following Sunday and Monday. I got up and ended up having to 

clean dishes because I didn’t do them last night and I hate when I do that so I 

was running late. The train showed up on time with no difficulties Home 

one problem was my water I use for yoga class leaked in my backpack 

because the the snap off top and snapped and somebody on the train warned me about it that was a good thing

 because I was able to find loose article of clothing and clean it up before

 it spread to the rest of the backpack. I got the Mike’s and then we went to an x-ray 

appointment. The streets closed on  Right near the hospital so 

we couldn’t catch the bus there. We have to catch it on Pine Street. Well I’m glad we didn’t call Uber because the bus showed

 up about 10 minutes after we started waiting so that wasn’t too bad. His appointment was really quick with just a quick x-ray so we were in and out pretty 

quickly. Came back and done put in a load of laundry and decided to have lunch. I like lunch and lunch is good. It’s a relaxing time I 
make breakfast and I’m rushing unlike dinner

 work I have a deadline to go to bed and make a phone call. I failed 

to mention that there’s a haze over the sky today because of remnants 

of the smoke from the wildfires in western Canada. I read an article in choir today which spelled it out

 a lot of times. I can’t link to Inquirer articles even though I’m a subscriber and a lot of their links 
don’t last very long. I’ve complained about this before. anyhow, finish the laundry and Mike and I discussed what happens when this guy hires him which he said he would but I would come

 with him and we did agree to that. We have to concentrate on doing more tidiness. It’s now 3 PM I’m gonna be leaving around 330 or so to go to my appointment that I have every Tuesday. 

Anyhow, the appointment was pretty intense and I got a lot of it. I hope the results come Susan later but I have to be patient. I then went to yoga class and Chris flag tighten. It was another was I then went to yoga class and Chris Fleck Tottenham was another good class by him. It was warm, but there was plenty of airflow so it was a lot better for me. I could bring even I wasn’t fleetly going crazy with it with the sweat, etc. I didn’t thought about going to a meeting and then next thing you know it I realized it was getting close to 8:00 PM so I just headed home now and I’m glad I did too. Went home chow down some leftovers and really that was that I have been watching YouTube videos and then went to sleep. 

Tuesday, January 3: Kevin McCarthy Losing

This morning started out like most mornings. I got up and ended up talking to Pat and had breakfast. Pat offered me a ride to work and game a little bit of money and went to the ATM. I tried going to the ATM and the bank 

froze my account because I didn’t like the ATM that I was using. Anyhow, I showed 15 minutes late 
late so naturally, I had to go out in the rain and be late 15 minutes for Mike there is no problem with that and I went to the Rite Aid got some prescriptions for him.
 I had one of my packets for lunch and might get some thing



 else. I talked on the phone and then saw that Kevin McCarthy was being voted on it as speaker of the house. As of 3:37 PM he’s lost two rounds by only getting 203 votes when he needs 218 votes to be 

speaker. The extreme right wingers/insurrectionist won’t vote for me and

 now he’s made deals with them. That’s a big story for today the football

 player got injured. He is in the hospital in intensive care, but it looks like he’ll survive.  Thankfully right. 
now at this moment, it stopped raining which makes things a lot easier when walking. I can’t really use the phone that well when it’s 
raining outside for the

obvious reason. Well, I took the class and it was pretty darn hot because of the mild weather. When I got dressed, I couldn’t find my glasses. I was kind of flipping out a little bit. I looked again
 in my backpack, and they were very deep in the backpack. I’ve gotta be a little more careful about that because I can’t really can’t read the phone without my glasses. Patrick is gonna pick me up at 6:10.. The House of Representatives adjourned after taking 3 votes for speaker, they could not get

 enough votes. This is unprecedented. This kind of thing hasn’t happened in 100 years in this country.
