Thursday, July 13: Mike’s Last Day @ Rehab & 2 Classes

6 AM this morning my Amazon fresh order came in. And that

woke me up. Obviously I took my food put it away and then I went back to sleep. I then proceeded to ignore the alarm and next thing you know it it was 7:27 AM and I’m trying to get to work

close to 8 AM. Well, I skipped breakfast and grab two nutrition bars, and headed on down. I showed up at 8:09 which was good today’s Mike’s’s last day at the rehab place.

He had already signed out the papers. I did a load of laundry going and then

went back-and-forth to Mike’s brought some stuff back. Mike was very happy with how
the room looked with the French paint job. He hasn’t seen the room since he was admitted on June 13. That was soon after his operation

on his foot. So he was in rehab for about a month. After that we had to figure out how to get his Wi-Fi and computer ðŸ–¥️ up because the wires are really really tangled. we took care of that business.

I talked on the phone with DM medical the woman I’m working for her at her wedding and other people involved. so today was pretty easy
apart and pretty rushed and part two is pretty much a half and half day.

It’s now 3:52 PM. I’m running kind of late to yoga because I left my water bottle

at Mike’s and had to turn around and go get it. 🤨. I didn’t make it to class on time. It was hotter than hell in there today. I made it through and loosened up a lot. I in my infinite wisdom

decided to stay for another class after having about 32 minutes to drink liquids and shower and just sit and socialize why the fan was blowing on me. I did a Vinyasa class which is not the

same as the Pilates class, the Pilates class is
a lot more intense. I will not be doing back to back with Pilates in this weather. I did a Vinyasa but that’s pretty chill. There are a couple

poses. I just none able to do real well but that’s OK. I then had plenty of time to catch the bus the 48 bus to Fairmount so I had about 20 minutes

to sit and sit on the stoop and met the landlord of the building shoes  cool and said it was OK to sit on the stoop. That was good. I just enjoyed relaxing.

Saturday, May 27: AM Yoga, Rittenhouse Square and Relaxing

Good day. I got up this morning and quickly got myself dressed and ate so I can go to yoga at 11 o’clock. I got kind of cold last night believe or not. I

slept pretty well but that was a problem. I went to yoga, and I could still feel the remnants of the day before when I was feeling very energetic and did two classes, including Pilates. I went to

class and it was hot in a bit but the windows were opened and we were giving a lot of air. AA did OK. They shut down the power to the building because they were wiring the place and I was in the shower

and the lights went out. It was kind of funny. After that I was pretty hungry, but I had to relax first and unwind and then I ordered myself a Gyro sandwich and went to Rittenhouse Square ate that and relaxed

and people watched for a while it was a perfect day to just sit on Rittenhouse Square. I did bring my hat, so I did not get  Terribly sunburned at all. After that I
walked around a little more and then I decided to head home and just relax because I was pretty physically exhausted

after my activities. Tomorrow’s gonna be
a lot more eventful. I got the woman clean to my place coming tomorrow then Wes
is picking me up at 11 we’re taking Kate to church and to lunch. Then I’m gonna go to Ardmore to my Ardmore thing for the rest of the day

Tuesday, March 7: Sick Day

I woke up this morning and said to myself no way, so I called Mike and told him I was not coming

in cause I got this cold I feel I needed a day to lie around and drink liquids all day so that’s what I did. Mike called the agency for me and later on I called the agency.

Obviously I skipped yoga and I postpone my therapy appointment till Saturday at 3 PM. Talked on the phone with a couple people slapped blew my nose 1 million times
and it’s a pretty uneventful day which

I suppose sick day, supposed to be like that. I’m not sure what tomorrow will bring but I am going to try to show up. Nothing much else to say there a

sept it is now heading towards mid March and the weathers colder now was in February.

Tuesday, September 27: Trying Out New Yoga Studio

Well, I got up at 9:30 AM this morning and I didn’t nap right after

eating breakfast so that was progress. Next I was thinking going to a midday AA meeting, but I was on the phone and was given an offer
of going to a free yoga class in Ardmore after I go to my therapy. I might just do it just to do something different and act like I’m trying to work through this

depression I got.  Well, I went to therapy and we talked about different things such as my condition. Response of feeling helpless to do something about things. That’s all I’m gonna say

about that. I then laughed and decided I would go to this yoga class called focus Bryn Mawr. It’s actually located at the Rosemont station
and fortunately the classes until 730 because the trains running late the train should get the Rosemont by seven but it will absolutely not get there by seven because
of police and fire trouble and you know when there’s police and fire trouble trains can’t run. If you didn’t know that before I know it now. It’s a nice day outside it’s sunny I think I brought enough stuff to get pie. Hopefully they’ll give me mats etc. I feel OK not great just OK I’m getting my usual scratchy throat

because I was just talking a lot. I don’t talk as much as I used to. I have moments, but I pretty much stop myself

from talking too much because who wants to hear it off I just went on and on for 10 minutes nonstop at somebody  anyway enough of that shit I am waiting for the train that’s running seven or eight minutes late

to happy old Rosemont the place to be on a Wednesday OK I decided I would go straight to the place
because it’s only five minutes away from the Thorndale train. Also I
found out that the place is near the Norristown high speed line. Hurricane Ian
is zooming towards Florida towards the gulf coast. It will be a category four hurricane by tomorrow afternoon when it first hits
landfall in Florida. It’s expected the weekend but it’s gonna be a pretty big one from what I’ve been reading in the newspapers ha ha the Internet. I

have a friend who lives in West Palm Beach and her friend lives in Sarasota. I need to check up on the front in Sarasota. Specially, Larry seems to be OK. It hasn’t completely hit there yet.
