Saturday, October 7: A Day in Clarion @ the Autumn Leaf Festival

l Good morning everybody and good day etc. Today woke up

after not sleeping so great but got dressed and went to to pick up Janet at the Airstream

campground that she stays at for several months of the year during  the summer. She’s living on the road they sold her house and they live in a

large 25 foot airstream being pulled big and full-time truck. It’s a very nice

looking campground no riffraff is permitted or could afford an airstream so it’s safe and looks pretty nice. Anyway after that, we headed home now to Clarion

and we went to a place that served up Coffee. It was called Michele‘s coffee.

It was a nice place with a really good vibe. Nice old wood. I had

a sandwich and a muffin. The coffee was really good. I bought two sheets

of T-shirts for souvenirs there as well. It was a really good. There’s a

good place to stop by that was near the parade and was warm. 53° outside and it

might rain a little later so it was good to be warmed up with coffee.

I had a 2nd cup before we left as well. The breed was pretty good. The sun

disappeared, and it started drizzling a little bit. We saw the Stein contest

where you hold a regulation, beer, Stein, and hold it out as long as you can. They only had them filled with water, but it was a strength contest. I think the old-time

record 20 minutes this dude did it did about 9 1/2 minutes and he won $150 prize. There’s

a pretty big crowd surrounding this guy and rooting them on.

After that was done, we went to our seats in the parade. Janet bought

the seating arrangements ahead of time for seven bucks each,

which was totally worth it because I would’ve hated to have to stand the

whole time. It was a two hour parade. That’s pretty long for a
parade I must say , it wasn’t a bad parade parade goes they even had the Republican party had a parade with pro Trump stuff and that was interesting and that
there was high school band and all that kind of normal parade stuff

large super large ass tractors. It got colder and more raw outside

as we continued our day. We ended up driving in a place called Cousin Basile. But

ordered chili cornbread and Cajun fries it was really good and satisfying. Wasn’t

the fastest food but it was good food and I think we all liked it. Got out and drove out to the campsite. Janet showed us around
the campsite which is very good for adults that are older it got you know a hut where you can go and have happy hour and never having happy hour and food and a nice

little babbling creek that doesn’t talk too much which is nice and the

whole campsites over their streams. Streaming air and living life to

its fullest. Well I don’t have a house to sell but that’s OK anyway it was nice and then after we left the campsite we headed back and Jamie we wanted to drop

off to get rid. We wanted to do it and join the circus but we went to the truckstop
too and they sold us booze. That was

so awful looking and so cheap. It was unbelievable it Its    called Johnny bootleggers. I didn’t buy any issues. Just funny I took a picture.
I’m a capitalist if you could make $1 billion go get it and pay little more in taxes.
