Tuesday January 31: Dentist 🦷 Rain and Yoga

Today was the 1st day back to my work and life routine. It’s good 

to be in familiar places. I ate breakfast and was late for the train 🚊. 

The next train was very late and PACKED! I got off the train and there was a 

spitting drizzle. It’s not real cold now BUT it will be by Friday🥶 

Well, George Santos has resigned from both of his committee assignments today. He has no intention

 to resign. Well, I know all of you must be sad, but Bed Bath & Beyond are  clothing some of their stores. The one in 

Wynnewood is even closing. For all complete list you can go here. That’s assuming you care!!🤪 anyhow, I 

finished my time out with Mike and hung out a little bit. I signed out late since I came in late. We were talking
 about characters and AA and other places. I talked on the phone to a couple

 of friends and that was nice. I left Mikes around 330 and it’s just spitting mist 

that’s coming down. Not heavy enough to get somebody wet for walking 20 minutes 

but kind of miserable. We’re supposed to get a big cold Front as I’ve already 
mentioned. I got some heavy duty Band-Aids case I’m gonna need to bandage myself up before yoga class. I got myself a new yoga mat because

 I think the one I have is outlast that usefulness. I spent a little more on it hopefully it’ll  do you know prevent any kind of 

problems. It’s now 3:44 PM. Well it’s not 350 time to go today’s Tuesday that I have a 530 class. I have some special class is coming up. We have
 to check out at the Hot Yoga Philadelphia. 

The session went very well. And I then had to scoot off in the misty drizzle to go to Hot Yoga Philadelphia. I went to class 
and it was a 90 minute class with Chris Fluck. He’s a good teacher I think he’s really good. I was pretty tired afterwards, but no, it wasn’t horrible considering I hadn’t done yoga in a week. I then

 went to the Rite Aid got a couple provisions and headed back to the Homestead. I didn’t talk on the phone with a few people and that was that. It was not a bad day to start after a vacation.

Monday January 30: E-A-G-L-E-S🦅🦅😁 Back Home

This morning I got up around 8:30 AM my time, eating breakfast, and then decided I would take a little walk before settling down for a shower. I took 

a walk went to the CVS and the TD Bank got myself some drinks and some money. And then decided to go out to a little Buffay nearby just so I don’t have to spend money at the airport. Larry

 is taking me there before. I think it was one of the first places I ate at when I was visiting before. I’m not terribly hungry, but I’ll probably nibble on something. It’s a 

warm one today. Very sunny. It’s what people think when they go to Florida. I’m also going to be paying someone to, give me a ride one of Larry’s Friend instead of paying Uber. My flight

 is at 5:02 PM today. I then came back after walking and double triple

 check that I had everything and left the key on Larry’s table where he holds the TV. Larry’s Friend

 confirm that another woman is going to take me to the airport. It’s now 3:10 PM they should be here in a couple minutes, I had to put on my long sleeve shirt and my windshield coat prematurely because the 

only thing I could do to be able to carry everything back. Oh my ride was a little bit late and she took the scenic route to the airport down Congress
Avenue. I did make it in time and fortunately for me, TSA got me through pretty quickly. Unlike the plane getting to Palm Beach this plane is packed 

unfortunately got an aisle seat and my bag fits under the seat in front of me so no charges for me. So it’s 4:36 PM the planes just lift off 5:02 PM. Well, the flight went smoothly and I landed and went to catch the septa

 train to 30th St. I think I just missed one because I waited about 35 minutes

 for the train. And then caught the owl and 
came home and then I sorted out my stuff. I had some leftovers of grapes and pasta, and then I talked on the phone and got myself ready for tomorrow’s workday with a dentist appointment at 10 o’clock. 

Sunday, January 29: Manatee Cove. Eagles 🦅 Super Bowl!!

I awoke in the hotel room pretty well rested. They manage 

to squeeze in the shower, put a Band-Aid over the wound and we went to eat a complementary breakfast that was provided at the hotel. It was 

pretty good actually pretty thorough then we went to Manatee Cove, we did not see any manatees, but we did come across an alligator, looking right at 

us from about 10 feet away. That was quite a sight for damn sure. We 

calmly turned around and headed somewhere else. We went

 back-and-forth looking for manatees. Veronica says this is the first time that she didn’t see any manatees. 

In fact, some other guy got bumped by an alligator on the other side of 

the Cove. We then pulled in our kayak and then headed straight back towards

 Larry‘s house. That was a bit of a drive. I drove the whole way. Larry’s

 cruise control is cool. It breaks for you it’s Santis when you get close to another 

car there are people driving like crazy people that’s for damn sure. 

Today was the mildest and sunniest day since I got here.  we then pulled

 off at Pirates well restaurant and bar. I’m gonna order some dinner. It’s



 the first quarter Eagles leading seven nothing over the San Francisco 49ers. Eagles ended up smothering the 49ers 34 to 7. Brock Purdy got injured and they were in a fourth string quarterback and he got injured as well. The San Francisco defense was tough but we were tougher. Now it’s after the Super Bowl in Arizona. Kansas City squeaked out a win against the Cincinnati Bengals 23 to 20. Cincinnati made a personal fouls which game 15 extra yards of a kick the game-winning field goal with no time left. So it’s Andy Reid versus the Eagles in the Super Bowl in two weeks. After that I just mellowed out and then talk on the phone for a while and started to get ready for my flight tomorrow..
