Well, I heard that the Philly schools are closed and now I see that the City of Philadelphia is going to close tomorrow.
City of Philadelphia Advisory: Wednesday, February 10, 2010
In anticipation of the winter storm emergency, the City of Philadelphia will direct its efforts in ensuring that our roads and highways are cleared of snow and public safety and well-being is preserved. As a result, please be advised that all City offices will be closed to the public on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
The Philadelphia Inquirer has this on their website as of 6pm today:
"First comes Snowzilla from the Midwest. Then up from the South comes the Flakenstein Monster.
Their scheduled grudge match has them stomping all along I-95, from northern Maryland to northern Delaware to Philadelphia to Trenton and New York.
The fallout: A foot to 18 inches of new snow by tomorrow night for Philadelphia and all of its surrounding counties, as well as northern Delaware and Berks, Salem and Mercer Counties. "
Of course the Commonweath of Pa will not let us know till we have to wake up.. I REALLY doubt that I will be going anywhere near Philly.
Looks like Cumberland County will get less snow but still, there will be NO trash pick up tomorrow in Millville.
Well, I am at the Dental School and need to get home and see what happened....
