Each Tuesday and Thursday, after I arrive in Philly from my bus ride from Millville, I take a pit stop to the 40th Street Fresh Grocier near Walnut Street to shop for a friend.My friend calls me and tells me that the store is CLOSED due to L&I ordering it to close. He heard this on KYW.
Well, when I went to see for myself, I was told it was an electrical problem.
