| The TrackRacket Attorney's |
This blogger attended the TrackRacket meeting with the 2 attorneys representing TrackRacket. It was held at the American Legion Hall in
Millville NJ. TrackRacket attorney Oliver Griffin Adressed the audience at this meeting. Here in this video he states the goal of this
lawsuit against the track. Trackracket has 3 suits against the track. The suit against the track was tossed out before discovery and this seemed to give the city the initiative to sue for the $14,000 it cost to defend it against the Trackracket lawsuit.
One last thing. A woman after the meeting had an idea to charge admission to the next of these meetings to help defray the cost of the lawyers. She implied this way only the serious who want to solve the problem will show. Ummm I do not thing 100 people will show up.
The tone was civil except when I stated that Millville taxpayers will pay for the $14,000 that the city spent on the lawsuit. One of the attorney's referred to another local group as "wackos". This was in response to my issue with TrackRacket and why I could not join. Very interesting. They dismissed the city's attempt to recoup the 14k it spent to defend itself. He stated that most cities do not do this.
