Wednesday, July 23: Prepping Alice‘s house

Well this morning we woke up at 10 AM and we’ve slept really well. We were so tired. Jet lag or something that’s for sure. I had some cereal. Mary made

 some eggs and toast. After breakfast, we hung out for a little bit and then we started helping Alice prep her place for her daughter‘s 


wedding. I was carrying stuff upstairs and Mary was organizing the kitchen. I was cranked up her new air conditioner. It 

really did help because new deceptively warm outside. We all would’ve been very hot if we were doing
 all our stuff in the heat. Likely did that stuff

 we took a rest and hung out for a bit then we went out to do some errands first we’re gonna go to HomeGoods
but we decided we would eat at Panera 

bread first since Marie indicated she was hungry and we thought oh that’s a good idea to eat. So that’s what we did. We at least got some sandwiches. 
Mary and I also got smoothies. That really hit the spot. Then we went to HomeGoods and bought a whole bunch of accessories for Alice‘s house, such as curtains, throw rugs, placemats little pillows for the couches, etc. We were pretty energetic and we had a pretty good time doing the shopping. We then went to target but from each other.Mary and I bought some extra provisions for us yogurt, coffee and cereal. Then we got back and Mimi came over and we’re Hertz to speech for the wedding. And then we all just hung out for a while. It’s our 7:11 PM. Not sure what we’re gonna do for dinner but time is flying by pretty fast. 

Sunday, July 13: Cleaning and Visiting Mom

Well, this morning I got up around 8:30 AM. I needed to be up and Adam and get back to Melbourne by 9:30 AM because the lady cleans my place is coming. Last week I believe

 got you showing up and I had to make sure I got there pronto! So I went to the Td bank got the cash and fortunate 21 bus just happened to be coming by so I got very lucky 

right there. Once I got to 21 that went pretty smoothly and I ended up coming 

home and the woman move a little bit late but she showed up and did 

a decent job on my place.After that, I immediately left the house and went 

to 69th St. to catch the 11 AM at 1:11 Bus towards Riddle Village. I 

got the real religion. Got there before mom’s lunch, which is around noon. I took mom to the nice little sunroom that they 
have on the fifth floor and hung out and took a picture. I showed her pictures

 of Mike, Pat, and a few other people. It was then time to go to lunch for her to go 

to lunch so I left and got the 110 back to Upper Darby. Once I got 

back to Upper Darby, I just mellowed out talked to Pat for a little while after he 

left. I got some pasta and cooked that up. Found out that the little

 dollar store right near the gas station near my house is shattered and did some laundry and carry it on. I did



 my first 12 step phone call in many many years while I was sitting on 



the bus on the way back home. I felt good about being your help to this guy.

Tuesday, June 24: 100° Heat 🥵 PT!! Mike’s

Good day everybody right now we’re in the peak portion of a massive heat wave on the east coast of the United States. Today the temperature


reached 100° right now it’s 4:30 PM and it’s 99° outside. Today was an interesting day got up around 9:15 AM after a good night sleep.
 I then went to Mike to extensively

 remove the tarpon clean. Talk to Limbo and he suggested that we do another fogging Mary went over and picked up the de-fogger for the bugs and roaches, and I started

 cleaning the dishes that weren’t covered. Mary then came over and did cleaning up the bathroom while Limbo finished off installing the
 window back in. He tried to make 

it to the window stay open at various points. I think he succeeded. Mary and I worked on our end of it and finished after about an hour and 10 minutes. 

Mary and I then brought Linda Limbo up and he was gonna turn off the gas in the oven before turning 
on the fogger. There’s three cans of fogger that is. Anyhow, Mary 

and I finished and went to Pat Pizza and each had a slice and a drink. that was cool. We just smell it out. I made a car reservation for Monday, July 7 to take care

 of some New Jersey car issue. I then went to PT and she had on a couple 

exercises. I don’t have another appointment with her for two weeks. I’m 

gonna have to really be more consistent with those exercises and now I’m gonna go 

to Mary’s at 4:34. Well teen heartthrob Bobby Sherman died at 81 years old. It’s 

hard to believe somebody like that can age cause I have one image of them and they showed it to us in the article. Anyhow, I hung 
out and relaxed, which was a good move 

actually. Part of me really wanted to go to Yoga to challenge the heat and sometimes it’s hard to check the ego at the door other times. Well I feel I have little ego… Anyway, 

Marion, our started planning our trip to California in late September for her niece‘s wedding. It’s somewhat complex because flying in the San Francisco is about $400 cheaper cheaper than flying into



 Santa Rosa airport where the Wedding‘s gonna be close to. We shortened the days because of the complexity and also to a little bit of a degree of expense. Anyhow, 


I then left to go to the final choir event of the season. They had a ton of food and they had award for people and talked to one 1️⃣ or 2️⃣ people. I don’t know why I’m just not Social. They’re nice 

people. Somewhere I don’t feel like I belong in someway, which is really silly because they’re all very nice 

and I’ve been in a couple years, etc.. I just get really quiet and shy. It’s all situational I think. Anyway, it was a nice event. I talked to a woman named V, who is gonna teach me how to use discord which confuses the hell out of me it’s too much going on for an old codger like myself. Anyway, it’s 938. I am tired and I have mixed feelings right now. Lotta good stuff happening feel like the world on my shoulders and my shoulders are not in a good place and I have to keep disciplined on exercises and I hope I’m up to the task.
