Tuesday, September 2: Shoulder Pain and Covid.

Well, last night I suffered through some pretty intense shoulder pain the lights I haven’t had since early to mid May of this year. Wasn’t quite that bad but it woke me up and kept me up for almost an hour. It eventually subsided, but I woke up really tired. I was tired all day. Definitely not motivated to do much. I did get the Mike’s. He was about the same no worse. Which is a good thing. Anyhow I did get him a diet Pepsi and script in one of the scripts was for Covid medication.. Mike was not aware that he was prescribed Covid medication. His doctor prescribe it but so many emergency office did. Anyway, I didn’t do all that much after that I was pretty sluggish and my shoulder was nagging at me a little bit. Not superduper pain but nonetheless it was nagging. Anyhow, it’s now 4:30 PM. I’ve walked really slow towards Mary’s obviously not doing yoga for a little while no 30 day challenge for my ass this year I mean not until next March at least. Trump verified he wasn’t dead and it’s kind of cloudy a little bit humid out. I think I’m just gonna lie down when I get back over to Mary’s. I really don’t wanna do much else in particular. Yeah I feel more tired today than yesterday. That’s for sure. Canceled my appointment for today with Linda, which was obvious. I definitely want to go to Dr. Nyla and with my mask on and cause I really need to get my shoulder looked at. I can’t sit here and suffer with this. I don’t know what I did a week ago Sunday night into Monday thatstarted this whole

thing. Mary told the Dorchester Front Desk and I think now on I have to creep through the back entrance because I got Covid so that’s what I’ll do. anyhow, got back and I got something the other Indian restaurant Cloverleaf. We also watched the U.S. Open and had a pretty competitive men’s match. The older dude ended up winning, and I forgot his name..
