no g b ood day everybody I slept through the night and did not get awakened by shoulder pain saying that, my shoulder felt very sensitive and vulnerable. I could feel it. I got up pretty quickly ate and only showed up about 10 minutes late, which is pretty good for me these days Unlike
yesterday I got stuff done. I did some fetching For Mike and took my sweet time doing it while he was seeing David. It’s a nice day outside. I feel very fortunate that the weather has been perfect while I’ve been fighting my shoulder
and Covid at the same time. I’m not a singer songwriter so I’m not one of the best people in the world, but I try. Anyhow, also I started Mike’s laundry and I’m gonna leave early today for my 310 appointment at Jefferson. So I wanted to get that
laundry done because it just smells cause he hasn’t showered in a couple days. I’m gonna eat lunch at 1:15 PM in the big old city. OK, well I went to the CVS and got Mike a couple things and then did two loads of laundry instead of
trying to stuff it all into one washer and one dryer because those clothes need to be cleaned badly. Tony did come over while I was doing my shopping and laundry errands. He did walk Mike a little bit. Did get the laundry done in
time for me to leave an hour early. There’s no way I could go to the doctors and then run back and sign out. It was just not gonna happen. Anyhow, Mary is going to meet me there and do a two on one visit just because I really want to get
a solution to why or how I can make the shoulder stop hurting and to get it to heal. It’s definitely warmer today out. It’s a 24 minute walk to the Dr. Office. I got to the doctors office and Mary was already there. We waited till about 3:20 PM and we got called back to the doctors office. We waited a little while and we discussed what we were gonna tell the doctor. Dr came in and we explained that we had Covid & Explain the timeline of when the ache and stiffness started, which was two Sundays ago the two massages I took and the fever that I felt late Thursday night early Friday morning. And then Tuesday night, not being able to sleep because of the pain.. Well, after all, the explaining, she said that it might be aggravated because of Covid. Covid might be making it worse. I was a tad skeptical, but it could be just because Covid is one weird ass virus and that’s weird things to people at times. She did give me a prescription for an ultrasound to be done. Well, when I got back to the Dorchester via the SEPTA route 17 I immediately made an appointment for the ultrasound which will be on September 18 at 9:30 AM. Let’s hope the pain and stuff goes away way before then. Anyhow, Mary and I just relaxed at home and did a little bit of moving furniture around our lamps around. I got my delivery and we watch Erin Nola give up five runs in the first inning of the Phillies game. We then decided that we’d order out and just sit at home and I guess watch the rest of this game 8:31 PM.
