Wednesday, September 10: Mike &. 1st Day at yoga

This morning I got up around 8:35 AM with a negative. Anyway, I didn’t sleep all that sound because of my shoulder but also I just my head was racing a little bit. My shoulder after having a good day is a bit achy today. I’m not sure why but that’s the way it is. Anyhow Mike called this morning and woke us up And told us to see they would plan to release him from the hospital around 2:30 PM. I decided then to do some laundry for him and so he can come back with completely clean laundry. My huge Amazon order came in, which was good. I have a bunch of energy drinks I bought already had one. I went to the CVS got more laundry stuff, but couldn’t find the laundry tablets that Maryann and I use for our laundry. It’s now 1:03 PM. I’m going to call Mike soon to find out what’s going on at the hospital cause I’ve not heard a peep out of them since this morning. anyhow, Mike did call back and confirm that he’s going to be released by 2:30. I finished up his laundry and found out that my ultrasound‘s been postponed to October 10 because they misunderstood the script and I didn’t want two separate appointments with two separate co-pays so anyway, hopefully it won’t be an insurance mess. Anyway, now fairly cloudy and a little cooler outside. I’m now walking at eighth and lumbar and I’ll go to eighth and Spruce and pick up Mike. Hopefully he’s out of his room so I can just call Uber and get it over with. Well, anyway, I got here and now nobody’s here so we gotta wait. I should’ve showed up earlier and then I would’ve timed it because it takes them a long time to find a wheelchair and give Mike the papers that tells him why he was here at the hospital, it’s 2:49 PM and Mike says that they did he did rush them because you have to rush him. Otherwise it would be 430 before they let them out but that’s how it works in hospitalizations. Anyhow, that they came by and Uber picked us up. I mean LIFT LYFT picked us up and we got back around 3:30 and I officially signed in at 3:30 to work till 415 to get at least 45 minutes in today. They’re gonna bring in somebody named Justin tomorrow at 11 o’clock to follow up because that’s what they do as a procedure when Mike goes to the hospital. Oh yeah, the big news. It just flashed up as Charlie Kirk, the right wing college antagonist got shot in Utah of all places. I’m just awaiting the right wing blame saying he’s a Democrat or a trans or some bullshit. All I know about the suspect is that he’s out he’s an old guy old white guy that’s all I know so thank God he wasn’t black Because you know the right wingers would just make a total political, then accused the left or the Democrats of being political or such dingdong. I went doom scrolling on threads and somebody released a video of the moment he got shot. It is really pretty close up yikes. There’s blood pouring out of his neck. Somebody must’ve been pretty close up. Turns out the person who shot Kirk was over 200 yards away on a rooftop with a powerful rifle. It only took one shot. This guy was a professional assassin. Anyhow the rights doing it blamed the Democrats bullshit again. Anyhow, I went to class and it’s difficult, especially for my right arm and shoulder, but I felt really good afterwards. It was good to be back in class again. After Work we did yen and that was very relaxing and positive. Miah talked to Class. Afterwards we hung out and I actually talked politics for so in the men’s locker room just me and him and who’s about the whole Kirk bullshit. Anyway, Maryann and I ordered Indian watch the very end of the Phillies game with a wall Mets 11 to 3 so their 10 games up, which is the most you’ve ever been up on the Mets.Afterwards, you watch the Law and order.
