Well today, I woke up in Melbourne, Pennsylvania, and got the Mike’s very late which I tend to do when I leave Millbourne. I had breakfast tried to organize my shit and bought my wonder. Bar T-shirt to wear after yoga class because I wanted to wear one, and Mary made a
good suggestion to do that. Anyway, I caught both trains to the market Frankford line to Broad Street line and got to Michael’s and then right after I got the Mike’s Nichole, the nurse came by and asked Mike a bunch of questions and he
answered them. I then had my psychiatrist appointment which was just a quick med check, but I complained about my shoulder being similar to hemorrhoids they’re always present and I always notice. I know it’s graphic, but that’s the best way to describe it. Anyway, I came
back and I really wasn’t in the mood to do much. I just wanted to relax and not exert myself too much if I can get away with it. Mike did have someone coming yesterday which was good. He cleaned up the bathroom, which was
a blessing. That was pretty gross cause he had some digestive issues. Anyway, it’s now 245 updated my blog and Apple came out with iOS 26 which is really a superduper upgrade but also I had some minor upgrade that has to be
upgraded first 18.7. Apple‘s gonna name all their stuff after the year they came out that’s why they went from iOS 18 to iOS 26. Well, I didn’t update today at Mike’s which I could’ve done so I’ll just do it tonight while I’m watching TV or
something. Tonight is my MONDAY Night Beginners and hopefully samosas at the studio which we end up turning into dinner. Tell you it was a really lovely day out here. Word out on the street is that it’s gonna cool off over the next three days and feel more like fall, which is creeping
around the corner. Feeling a little bit better but this right shoulder is something. Anyway, I didn’t call Jefferson/McGee yet but I need to do that tomorrow. I have an appointment tomorrow and Tony is coming tomorrow for physical therapy. Well, I went to Byron‘s 4 o’clock class
and my shoulder right shoulder was not up for lifting up in the air so I just modified the fuck out of my pose because it was only gonna cause pain and suffering later on tonight so I really modified the hell out of it And it came out of the class with no pain and that’s good. It’s a bit frustrating in my shoulder continues act like this after all this time. But I’ll deal with it because it’s no pain when I don’t do that. It sounds 6:08 PM. I just got dressed
