Good day everybody right now we’re in the peak portion of a massive heat wave on the east coast of the United States. Today the temperature
reached 100° right now it’s 4:30 PM and it’s 99° outside. Today was an interesting day got up around 9:15 AM after a good night sleep.
I then went to Mike to extensively
remove the tarpon clean. Talk to Limbo and he suggested that we do another fogging
Mary went over and picked up the de-fogger for the bugs and roaches, and I started
cleaning the dishes that weren’t covered. Mary then came over and did cleaning up the bathroom while Limbo finished off installing the
window back in. He tried to make
it to the window stay open at various points. I think he succeeded. Mary
and I worked on our end of it and finished after about an hour and 10 minutes.
Mary and I then brought Linda Limbo up and he was gonna turn off the gas in the oven before turning
on the fogger. There’s three cans of fogger that is. Anyhow, Mary
and I finished and went to Pat Pizza and each had a slice and a drink. that was cool.
We just smell it out. I made a car reservation for Monday, July 7 to take care
of some New Jersey car issue. I then went to PT and she had on a couple
exercises. I don’t have another appointment with her for two weeks. I’m
gonna have to really be more consistent with those exercises and now I’m gonna
go 
to Mary’s at 4:34. Well teen heartthrob
Bobby Sherman died at 81 years old. It’s
hard to believe somebody like that can age cause I have one image of them and they showed it to us in the article. Anyhow, I hung
out and relaxed, which was a good move
actually. Part of me really wanted to go to Yoga to challenge the heat and sometimes it’s hard to check the ego at the door other
times. Well I feel I have little ego… Anyway,
Marion, our started planning our trip to California in late September for her niece‘s wedding. It’s somewhat complex because flying in the San Francisco is about
$400 cheaper cheaper than flying into
Santa Rosa airport where the Wedding‘s gonna be close to. We shortened the days because of the complexity and also to a little bit of a degree of expense. Anyhow,
I then left to go to the final choir event of the season. They had a ton of food and they had award for people and talked
to one 1️⃣ or 2️⃣ people. I don’t know why I’m just not Social. They’re nice
people. Somewhere I don’t feel like I belong in someway, which is really silly because they’re all very nice
and I’ve been in a couple years, etc.. I just get really quiet and shy. It’s all situational I think. Anyway, it was a nice event. I talked to a woman named V, who is gonna teach me how to use discord which confuses the hell out of me it’s too much going on for an old codger like myself. Anyway, it’s 938. I am tired and I have mixed feelings right now. Lotta good stuff happening feel like the world on my shoulders and my shoulders are not in a good place and I have to keep disciplined on exercises and I hope I’m up to the task.
Good day everybody. It is hot and sweltering here in Philadelphia. That is the main thing about today. It’s 2:46 PM and it officially is 100° in Melbourne anyhow 
I started my day with breakfast at the Dorchester and then I went and went to the barber and got my haircut. I also got my face shaved with an electric 
razor, which felt really good. I then tried to go to the park café and they were closed temporarily due to the factory AC went on the fritz and they 
had to install a new AC. So I went to this other place which I forgot the name of. This place is really small and super hip and groovy everybody 
there is young and studying or being cool and shit. I stayed in there in order a breakfast sandwich, which was tasty a little bit small but it was gave me the egg and sausage 
protein that I wanted for a really hot day. Got to hang out there for a while. I decided I’d visit Mike and Mike at their place. I figured what the heck at least
say hi hang out say hi without having to lift a finger. At first, Mike wasn’t there so I just talked to Mike WARD and things seem to be very much in order which 
is nice. Then Mike Ciul came out and we talked for a while. They’re very good conversationalist. Then I finally headed out to Millbourne to take care
of business and hang out with Pat. I picked up my beach towel from the Yoga place in Amsterdam. Got a cup. I needed and picked up some mail most of it. 
I ended up throwing out. Went to Pat’s place upstairs hung out and he had cleaned up his place a little bit. He has this week off on vacation. He’s 
going to be able to resign from the job that he has to stay overnight for. They’re laying them off & giving him severance so that’s good. He also got a nice check from 
an inheritance, which is really good so now he can live a better life for himself and do some of his hobbies he likes to do. It’s now 2:49 PM 
we’re crawling along on the edge which fortunately the AC is working and I’m gonna try to get the Mary before 3:30 PM to 
get ready for Yoga believe it or not. Well, it became obvious going to 4 o’clock class was unrealistic considering we just both got in so we’re gonna pick 
up our Amazon delivery and mellow out for a minute and then go to 6 o’clock 75 minute class with Mia. why we are getting ready to go Mayor got a pain in her 
knee a very sharp pain and the doctor is out till the end of next week so we went to urgent care and thousand experience. Went through three different 
people, but she did get a referral and just told to relax her knee and there was nothing awful showing up on the x-ray, which was good. Then came back and mellow it out and then we ordered some Indian.
