Today after getting a better night sleep, I woke up around 745 got myself dressed ate some cereal and headed out. Today was very sunny and a bit windy. I was dressed well enough for the weather. I 
got the Mike’s. He talked for a while. I did a little bit of cleanup, especially with the microwave. He then had a script and asked me to get 
him a couple of things @ The CVS. Got a few drinks and picked up a script. Took it pretty easy today. It’s around 12:55 PM right now heading back to Mike’s and then I’m probably gonna turn
around and get ready to do some casserole action pick up his casserole and then probably take Uber back to Mike’s to deliver the casseroles because there are two of them and they’re supposed to be fairly 
large. Period oh by the way I got bagged without being charged the $.10 fee at the city is gonna start charging. Oh Trump‘s gonna have to adjust the department look into Democrats who were on 
the Epstein list dude we don’t care care if they’re anyone on that list needs to be fired in jail, including Trump of course. Well, I went to the heart of catering Café and picked up the casseroles with Mary. They’re
too big containers once a frittata and and when is pasta for dinner. Both the Nurse and Tony were here. Mike’s post went from 33 after he finished his exercise back up to 100. So they’re gonna call and see 
if he needs to go to the hospital. It’s now 2:48 PM. Well, I was determined that Mike didn’t need to go to the hospital due to his pulse going up and down and they said he had a fib again. So we called the 
ambulance to pick him up. Got his stuff ready in the ambulance just came by and scooped them up and sent them to 
Pennsylvania Hospital. I’ll have to notify the agency when I sign out. so the next adventure is going to my yoga class I don’t have water so I’m gonna depend upon the Gatorade and buy water after class. I 
usually can get by just on the Gatorade except when it’s really stupidly hot. I also try to drink an ice drink right before class. It’s 3:44 PM and it’s been at least 15 to 20 minutes in the
ambulance is still parked there and apparently the two women EMTs are still strapping Mike up or something. I don’t know what’s going on. But I had to go I assume he’s in good hands with these
people. And I have to really hustle to get the class that’s for sure. Well, I got to class CD in time and it was on the fourth floor and Mia was teaching. I did OK except my balance was just not what 
wanted to be. Haven’t heard from Mike yet so I assume they haven’t put them in a room yet. Well, we completed our class with Mia and I struggled with Balance again. But it was a good class. I liked your classes. Then Mary and I hung off for a while. We talked to Emma and then we rolled out and quantum Indian 
food. Mike then called and he said that they’re gonna try to give a shock to his heart and release him from the hospital this evening believe it or not
