Friday, November 7: Mary’s Birthday! DM Medical & Yoga

This morning I got up around 8 AM cause I was pretty tired. I made up for that by skipping the cereal for breakfast and going to the general store 

and getting an egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. It was very tasty. I must say I just needed the protein. I thought that 

might help. I’ve been went to Mike’s. Soon after that, Nichole, the nurse came by and soon after that I had to head over to DM Medical

for my study. When I got up there by the North Broad Street via the train, it was very efficient. I must say. I went there and didn’t wait long and ended

up getting really do anything except reiterate a couple questions to ask last Saturday. I guess it was two Saturdays ago. I don’t know, but they asked me about one of my medication‘s and then

 I left and then went to CVS to exchange my meds, but I brought the wrong thing of meds so that didn’t really work out, but I did get to take care 

of some other business that I need to take care of. It’s now 12 noon. I just got back at Mike’s. I just noticed her changing Limbo‘s room around. Gonna get ready to eat lunch. I had some lunch 

and did a little bit of cleaning up today. I’m married just sent me an article from USA Today about the cancellation of flights due to the government shut down. Supposedly

the Airlines required to reimburse customers to get their flights canceled but I think we’re just gonna have to switch flights if they’re not supposed to give us a penalty for switching flight so we’ll see. Our 

flight is the day before Thanksgiving. Well, the rest of the day Mike Limbo and I shot the shit and Limbo got a little bit closer to being hired. Mike’s going to 

pay off the previous guy who he had fired. The clouds are starting to creep in a little bit. We’re anticipating rain

often on throughout the weekend. I did a little bit of last-minute cleanup and packed my bag for Mia’s 4 PM Hot Yoga class. It’s Mary’s birthday 

today and I didn’t get her card. It was 10% when we get back from Yoga fortunately, I do have nice inner pockets in my coat thank God. Anyhow, 


it turned out to be a pretty nice looking Friday most of the day. It was a nice week in general the weather couldn’t be beat for November that’s for damn sure. Next November birthday is 

my mother’s and my brother David’s birthday on November 13. Anyhow, I went to Miah’s 4 o’clock class which was very good. Afterwards we bunch of us talked in the studio for a while, which was a 

grand old time. I really enjoyed those times with Mary and our Yoga family. We then went back & Took took a nice an hour nap, which was very excellent cause I just ran out of gas and Mary joined me. We then had veggie burgers which were quite delightful.
