After a somewhat frustrating sleep I got up and I got up late around 8 o’clock because today’s Wednesday so we go to a later yoga. I ate breakfast, looked at some threads and then headed on down to Mike’s. 
While I was doing that, I found out that my other Blogger app will put in video without rearranging my other photos, which is a step forward. Now I’m hoping this app that I use regularly will have the ability
to in bed YouTube videos. Tony’s planning a visit at 12:30 PM. Mike has his therapist appointment at 11 AM. Well, I ended up going to the good
karma café for a while and looking at threads for some memes for my blog. I haven’t been able to find any good ones. It’s still pretty cold outside. I came back just as Tony the physical therapist was coming. I 
also found out that I’m able to get Mike food from the heart of catering café. I’m gonna be picking that up at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon. So he’ll get 2️⃣ casseroles. 
I’ll probably have to take Uber because it’s probably in a big heavy box. Tony came in and did some exercise with Mike right now. It’s 125 in the Medicaid lady is here. She comes every time Mike has 
been hospitalized and he was last hospitalized in October. The Philadelphia mint officially stopped creating a penny. It’s about 250 million pennies in circulation so the pennies aren’t gonna disappear right away. It’ll 
probably take at least 10 years for the penny completely disappear. But it’s a big day for that. Also in the deal to reopen the government, Congress snuck in some provisions. One of them
puts a prohibition on THC, which will affect the hemp business and also gives the right for Republican senators who are investigated by Jack Smith to sue the government and get money.
It’s such a scam💵. Anyhow, Mike and I filled out his application to continuous medical assistance. We got most of the forms and documents that he needed. It’s 4 o’clock and it’s time for me to get ready to sign out. More Epstein files were released by a house committee I’m 
not sure it’s going do anything or change anything because they still need 218 votes and Trump is trying to get Nancy Mace &Lauren Boebert to take themselves The group of House members wanting to 
release the Epstein files. I’m gonna go to Mary’s and take a nap.💤 I got to Mary’s and took a light on didn’t really nap per se. I went to the 5:30 PM class with Dan and boy is that class packed? I was squeezed 
up in the front row ring front of a couple that were doing yoga together. I think the woman had her first class so they’re a couple people like that in class. Well, that was a pretty good class pretty warm. Then we did yen and there was some really good song that was a really hypnotic and it was a very good yin class. 
even said “What's that song.” after the class ended. Anyway, we left the studio. We saw the two people that were behind me during class who went to Oscars the bar right next to the studio. Dan had mentioned Oscars
as being some kind of dive so I got them interested so we saw them out there smoking it was pretty funny. We then ordered Indian and Mary couldn’t use her phone. She couldn’t make it outgoing call. She got her phone to the genius part because the camera wasn’t working right and she got a whole reset on her phone and her phone is smaller and now the phone doesn’t receive or make calls so that’s a problem. I’m right now going to get Indian food. It’s 9:31 PM.
