Good Thursday everybody. I got up around 745 had breakfast and got to Mike’s. I literally had to call up the Uber even before I walked into Mike’s Apartment to make sure I got to the rehab
in time. I signed in Lane at Mike’s and immediately did the Uber thing. Actually, I did lift it. They jacked up the price suddenly but I had to get there. Anyhow, I got back
and I was going to go straight to Parkside Avenue but decided I would unwind first before taking a long trip to 50th and Parkside via the 40 bus. Anyhow, I then ate lunch saw the old Bert Parks
singing Paul McCartney in the wing song “let them in.“ Third time I’ve seen it this week. It’s really funny Pat first sent it to me a couple days ago and then I saw it on Threads and then TikTok. Anyway, I
got Mike his two sodas and found out you cannot videotape in CVS because it’s against policy either one manager, they are definitely overstressed. They’re a little hostile. Anyway I guess I would be too
if I’d work at a CVS too. Anyway, it’s now 12:49 PM. It’s now 1:08 PM and I just caught the bus the 40 bus that is towards Parkside. It’s a half hour each way. It does a big zigzag through West Philly. Well, I took
the 40 bus and it took a while to get there but it got there. The welfare office is on the side of the building not in the front of the building and then I had a difficult time trying to get the copier to copy the
papers correctly. Yeah I realized I had 4% left on my phone and emailed a couple things from my phone just to make sure that they got them and then caught the bus back. My God it got really packed and it got
me back in time but it’s a good thing. I caught the bus when I did cause I got back to Mike’s around 3:15 PM picked up his Mom’s Meals that we’re
sitting in front of the apartment and then had to pack up and get ready for my 4 o’clock yoga class. What’s the least taught to class and it was pretty well attended. I like her teaching how nice and brisk
and very clear. I sweated pretty good in the back. Then we hung out till about 6:10 PM just relaxing, and taking a shower and warming up, etc. we went back to Mary’s and cooked up some veggie
burgers, which were delicious. Before then I got a quick little nap in, which was very very good. I love taking a good nap. It’s now 750 and 7:50 PM and now I’m trying to catch the seven bus at 22nd Logan that
you know I have to walk two full blocks. Well, I did manage to make it on time for the bus for about a minute and a half to spare so that was good. It was good at the bus was running a little late and then Google Maps was accurate. anyhow, I got back to Mary’s and we watched
John Oliver talk about Benjamin Netanyahu who’s Isriel’s version of Donald Trump wants to stay in the power in no matter what and it’s a complete asshole.
