Wednesday October 21: Sunny! Mike’s, Yin

low and behold he postponed it down the road and pose. I’m glad to hear that. I went back to sleep for another half hour. I really enjoyed that. Maryann

got me that Coffee from La Mesa but they didn’t have the fancy blend because it came out funky. I ended up forgetting my coffee and took an Uber to

Mike because I was running very very late today. I got to Mike’s brought up his laundry because he can’t get it himself. Anyway, Mike made some calls

to cancel the rides for us cancel colonoscopy appointment and something else. We are still don’t have an official move-in date to the

Scottish Rite House. I went to my appointment and we discussed certain issues in regards to Mike and me taking on too much responsibility.

Kind of ties in with codependency it was very interesting. It definitely planted a seed in my brain. Anyhow, I’m walking back on this beautiful fall day.

We’ve had four days of nice weather, which is really nice obviously. I’m tired. Anyhow the Jalen hurts thing is just snowballed into a social media frenzy. Basically

the Eagles 🦅 had him playing with a blood clot and hardly any sleep in London when they played Jacksonville. Found out they have blood clot in the

lungs needs to take blood thinner so he’s out for the season. It’s really sad. I hope he’s OK. Somebody needs to be sued in court. I heard that the Eagles

physician was summarily fired. He was definitely the fall guy big-time. 

Tuesday, September 29: AM Meeting Yoga & Choir

Good day everybody out in Candyland this is Marc your famous blog reporter at work again. I’m not sure how long I’ll keep blogging but probably for a little while longer. Sometimes I get real tired of it, especially when I’m blogging and an ugly cyber truck goes right by me at 1:32 PM at the corner of 15th and Lombard. Anyhow, got up early for the AA meeting. Mary woke up with me, which was very pleasant! I went to the meeting and then had a  full thing oatmeal, which was delicious. I haven’t been able to eat it because of my implants so I finally ate them. I got to Mike’s a little bit late as usual did some stuff. Mike had two Amazon orders come in. It was pretty mild actually a little warm out but as of now the clouds are creeping in, but it’s not supposed to rain at all. Air quality is good at 22. I still yet have to go to CVS maybe Fabio‘s and Verizon return his modem. I’ve been trying to make arrangements Pat to have him come up and pick up a check for the next four months rent. Anyway, I have Yoga today in which will complete the 30 day challenge one day ahead of schedule. That’s pretty good considering we missed six classes due to my implants and going to rainy Boston last weekend. Hello, I’m back well I returned the ride stuff and Mike had an Amazon order which ended up being one can of tuna in a big old bag. With that’s very funny total waste of delivery time in paper. It’s warmer today. I can wear short sleeve shirt, but a long pants is still appropriate. I have a 90 minute class today and I’m not as tired as yesterday, but I’m still kind of tired. Anyhow, I signed out to Mike’s and found out that Loopie is teaching the class instead of dance so I don’t think we’ll be seeing samosas at the studio. This will be our 30th day and the 30 day challenge. Well, we went to Lupe‘s class and completed our 30th day of the three day challenge. That class was really challenging but good. I felt like I weighed 10 pounds heavier or so Mary and I hung out at the studio afterwards they found my Alaska pin and they only had one Samosa left so we’re gonna have two leftover Samosa plus the one I got. We’re gonna have some other stuff. We left kind of late so I’m gonna get the Choir just before 7 o’clock about a, minute before meanwhile Duran Duran save the bottom of the in the Phillies lost 5–3 to the Braves. Not a good start of the week for Philly sports.
