Wednesday October 21: Sunny! Mike’s, Yin

Well, this morning I got up and immediately called Mike to see if he had his dermatology appointment and vote lo and behold he postponed it down

the road and pose. I’m glad to hear that. IWell, this morning I got up and immediately called Mike to see if he had his dermatology appointment and vote

low and behold he postponed it down the road and pose. I’m glad to hear that. I went back to sleep for another half hour. I really enjoyed that. Maryann

got me that Coffee from La Mesa but they didn’t have the fancy blend because it came out funky. I ended up forgetting my coffee and took an Uber to

Mike because I was running very very late today. I got to Mike’s brought up his laundry because he can’t get it himself. Anyway, Mike made some calls

to cancel the rides for us cancel colonoscopy appointment and something else. We are still don’t have an official move-in date to the

Scottish Rite House. I went to my appointment and we discussed certain issues in regards to Mike and me taking on too much responsibility.

Kind of ties in with codependency it was very interesting. It definitely planted a seed in my brain. Anyhow, I’m walking back on this beautiful fall day.

We’ve had four days of nice weather, which is really nice obviously. I’m tired. Anyhow the Jalen hurts thing is just snowballed into a social media frenzy. Basically

the Eagles 🦅 had him playing with a blood clot and hardly any sleep in London when they played Jacksonville. Found out they have blood clot in the

lungs needs to take blood thinner so he’s out for the season. It’s really sad. I hope he’s OK. Somebody needs to be sued in court. I heard that the Eagles

physician was summarily fired. He was definitely the fall guy big-time.

Friday May 22: Mike’s. Yoga, & Filament.

Morning I got up pretty tired, but I kept moving and I got the mic and that was a good thing to keep going to Mike’s. I decided I would take LIFT to Mike’s because he said somebody oh Nichole Lee Nurse was gonna come by 9 o’clock and I was tired I just felt like gliding into Mike’s instead of walking. I do that every so often I was just tired. Anyway, I got the Mike’s Nichole showed up with her new nurse and that was OK. Mike’s pulse was low etc. and then I went out to CVS got some stuff for Mike. The PT came over and was shocked how low his heart rate was and was surprised. Nobody called the doctor so she called the doctor about his pulse and we didn’t do exercise. She didn’t think Mike was really ready for that today. Anyhow, I was in touch with Mary and found two pictures that I really wanted to find one picture of me standing on potato chip ledge and the other one the original cup of coffee that the photo framing place once Prince of so I was very excited about that. So now I have to follow through and send for the pictures. I haven’t done that yet so I maybe I should. Then Limbo came over around 2 PM and you know Mike really choices company we’ve been about politics and all kinds of stuff. I wish you would visit Mike Moore. I’m hoping you’ll visit Mike in June to check up on his ass. It’s a 3:14 PM. I’m gonna have a lemon drink and get ready to go to class. Hopefully Kaitlyn will be taking pictures of us during class. The class was very good. It was a small, very small group of folks who attended the 4 PM class. Indeed, Kaitlyn did bring her phone into the class to take pictures. She took quite a few pictures just enough for us to pick some out and send them to byron. We thanked her a lot for that for doing that. Getting went back to the Dorchester and got Yoga clothes and then we took an Uber to Fletcher Ark Memorial where filament was playing. Concert was an hour and it was pretty good. Afterwards, they had a reception where they had tomato pie and we socialized with people we knew from class. One of our fellow yogis had a friend who was who is a Pilates teacher and uses the wonder chair which I’ve never heard of in my life. We then caught the Uber back to the Dorchester and decided we get Indian because it was getting late and we watched one episode of law and order. We are going to the 11 class in Lawrence teaching it.

Friday, February 13: Work, Lunch @ Marathon, Car Rental and Dave’s

Good day everybody. Today’s gonna be a busy one. I first got the Mike’s around 9 AM hung out a little bit throughout the trash and then went and

got a script for him at the private pharmacy. That went over pretty well. Grandpa was slow as usual. I then went to Td bank. I then had to look around for rental cars, cause we’re gonna need a car to scoot around from Media to Philly to holy supplier cemetery up in Cheltenham and all around between today and Monday afternoon. I already told Work I was taking off Monday. It’s now 12:03 PM I’m about to meet Coleen and Mary at the marathon diner for lunch. Then right after that I am planning to go to the airport via Uber to pick up my car rental because there is no other cars available except at the airport whenone rents last minute. I think the car rental places just don’t have enough cars and they figured it’s OK to run out of cars, but I guess that’s the costof doing business. Anyway, I decided to cut the airport line because Uber was gonna charge me anywhere from35 to 45 bucks plus a tip to get me there so I just took the Uber to 30th St., Station and then caught the airport line around 2 PM and then took the train and then finally picked up the car around 3 o’clock. It’s 3:32 PM. I’m about to arrive at the Dorchester. All right, it’s now 4:02 PM. We’re getting ready to take the stuff down to the Rental Car Jesus. well, I arrived at the Dorchester and Mary came down and brought down the poster board that we’re bringing to Dave’s. That posterboard is pretty fantastic. I must say. Anyhow, we got to Dave’s and ended up that Mary and I took some stuff downstairs from the upstairsand I made sure the Mary didn’t bump her head like I did the other day. Anyhow, we put the pictures up in a random order which seemed to work pretty well. Their double stick tape wasn’t that effective, but we learned how to use it and most of the pictures to manage to stay up. Later on , we put the pictures up in a random order which seemed to work pretty well. They’re double stick tape wasn’t that effective, but we learned how to use it and most of the pictures to manage to stay up. A little bit later on other folks such as Alice came over and we watched Alice’s slideshow, which is really well done. She

dug up some really old pictures from early mom days and the wedding of mom and dad. They were quite fascinating. I must say.
