Friday, October 30: Last Day at 1426 Lombard

Hello today is Friday and we are going to be continuing with the moving BS moving from Mike moving from 1426 Lombard to 1525 Fitzwater St. also known as the Scottish Rite House. Our appointment to get the paper signed wasn’t until 2 o’clock. In the meantime, I was doing cleaning the refrigerator and doing Mike’s laundry at a laundromat on Spruce Street. There’s the most efficient way to get this laundry done. It was it was a little bit of back-and-forth. I cleaned the refrigerator and Mike was somewhat getting his stuff organized. Anyhow, laundry got done around 1 PM. We then got prepared to take a lift up to the Scottish Rite House to sign the forms. We arrived there at 1:50. The woman arrived around 2:10 PM. Mike signed some forms. She went back-and-forth to get the key and his laundry card approved and by the time that was all done Mike wanted to see his new room which is unit 800 or room 800. We saw the room then my phone decided to die and then I had to run over my phone charge and got it charged enough to get up to about 10%. I talked to Maryann. She was told I couldn’t make it to the 4 o’clock Class cause there’s no way I was gonna make it on time. Mike had a really difficult time trying to log into is pico account and then it ended up the social worker signed in with Mike’s account while Mike went on Yahoo to claim the third-party verification code. So that finally got done and we caught the lift back to his apartment. He had the rest halfway up the steps and then finally I was able to leave and we both decided we’d blow off the 5:30 PM yoga class as well. Mary wanted to recover from her massage and I was completely burned out. I realized that that I left my Yoga sweatshirt at Mike’s and after I took a nice hour rest. I’m going down to get it. I’m not gonna be involved with moving him this weekend at all. That’s why I’m getting the coat now cause I don’t wanna be around for Mike trying to organize his sloppy mess in that apartment.
