Monday, October 19: Cool! Preparation and Yoga

Good morning everybody today is Monday. I woke up to a 43° temperature. So I brought in my big bundling Sweater which was really good because it kept

me warm. I then ate breakfast, which was oatmeal. Got to Mike’s after 9 o’clock. Mike’s food that was delivered last night was there I picked that up went to

his place at a little bit of basic cleaning and then eventually Mike and I went for a walk. It took a while for him to get ready. We did go out and we declined

to go to the senior center since we were running late. I ate lunch and I talked to Mary for a little while the whole PA court thing was a spoofing exercise and it was much to do about nothing, which

was good. I then went to both CVS pharmacy in the alternative pharmacy. The alternative pharmacy is not gonna service Mike’s Perscriptions from

now on. They’re gonna concentrate on specialty drugs and blended drugs or whatever I got some stuff for my hemorrhoid which is acting up more

than has in a long long time. Anyhow, I’m getting ready for yoga. I updated yesterday‘s blog posting. It’s a beautiful day out. Start off really cold not a cloud

in the sky! It’s supposed to be some nice weather for the week. Anyhow, Mike’s Pepsi did arrive and I’m not drinking one now. It’s a little late in the

afternoon. It’s 3:23 PM. Be going to byron’s class and continue my day in the cool brisk weather of autumn. Believe it or not next week is the last week

of October, which is kind of mind blowing really Mike is not sure he’s gonna get his colonoscopy next week due to being hospitalized, but he has

to wait for his heart doctor. Call back or write him back so we’ll see if he’s not busy playing golf to respond to his patient. Actually, I was incorrect.

Mike told me the colonoscopy is been has been postponed due to inclement Health. So that will not be happening on Monday, but at least you found out before

he started taking the colonoscopy prep, which is pretty nasty! Well, signed up for class and found out that Tina subbing for byron this evening. I guess

she’s getting her substitutions in before she goes off to Thailand for about two weeks. She’s been there before. It’s still remains sunny outside not a cloud in the sky. .
