Good day everybody today was a good day to sleep in and then that’s exactly what I did today. It felt really good to get that extra sleep then I’ve been craving. It was a very efficient and REM filled sleep, which is always a good sign. Mary and I left the Dorchester and went to the café and had breakfast and hung out. I looked up the cost to get to this Mexican city and the price dropped by about $200 so we figured we’d snap up the tickets quickly. We first had to do some research and she’s going to be calling American Airlines. Actually they’re gonna call her back after an hour wait. We then got back to the Dorchester after the delicious breakfast and got Pat to give me my passport number and headed off to Miah at 4 o’clock Class. I’m gonna see if I can do half moon without being corrected. That appropriate perception stuff you know what I’m saying.? Anyway, it’s now 3:49 PM. Well, I went to Miah‘s class and it was 10 to buy about 10 of us. It was a good group. Miah was hands-on and helping me with a couple of the poses and that was appreciated. After class confirmed our attendance at the posture clinic with photographs. She’s gonna have a field day with me with that because my proprioception on my poses is not quite up to speed yet after all this time. Anyhow, it was a good class we came back and we called American Airlines and paid up for the Yoga retreat in Mexico next February 13th–20th. They gave us a half decent rate and we confirmed everything over the phone and got our seating. That took a little bit of doing that. We then called for Indian and watched highlights of 75 World Series and we’re gonna eat.
This morning I got up around 10 AM and just luxuriated
in the central air-conditioning since it was extremely humid and hot already.
I ate my breakfast and then Pat happened to buy. I got to hang out
with him a little bit. He did some Indian food shopping and, I had an extra Samosa so we had it and chutney sauce. That was very good.
Next thing you know it I had talk to Wes and he brought over the supplies that I needed and got them for cheap price of a dollar each I took him he gets cheap gas for buying things in bulk or something like that at the giant. I then got a ride to 69th St. station, which is a good thing because we just had a thunderstorm just one that just for that happened which was
wonderful , I caught the 218 train to 18 PM train. I then arrived at Hughes Park and was picked up by Donna to save time in and also
just in case it rained we went for some photograph photography at the Washington memorial church near the Valley Forge Park it’s cool architecture
. Took some photos and then we went for a walk dodging thunderstorms in between. And then we went to a restaurant called Azteca after the walk. That
was delicious. They had a vegetarian enchilada that was absolutely scrumptious and very light didn’t pound your stomach like some Mexican food Can Do. After we did that, we walked out of the restaurant and the humidity basically ☕️ dissipated and it was 10° cooler. It was very nice. Stop back at her place had a coffee while waiting for the next train to arrive from Hughes Park Smailer, 8:43 PM the train should be here in 10 minutes. But the train did shop on time and I rode myself home and got home around
9:25 PM which was just in time. I then talked on the phone for a little while I guess about an hour. After that I had something to drink cause I was really thirsty And gathered some stuff for tomorrow in
my backpack. It was nice to gather stuff in my backpack. Overalls a nice day to break up the routine of Saturday. I need to do that every so often. Don’t get me wrong, I do like my routines. They’re good for me in general, but sometimes I need something different to break things up a little bit. Tomorrow I visit mom maybe with Wes maybe not and then I go to Ardmore.
Hi everybody. Today I did get up for the meeting for the first time this week. At first it was hardly anybody there but then all the names eventuallydid show up. I missed about a half hour of t because I was watching stuff on YouTube. I got distracted. Anyhow I took a nap around 830 woke 8:50 AM and signed
into work and got ready to go. I have my coffee cereal and my super coffee awaited me. Just before lunch Pat asked me
if I wanted to take a walk with the dog. I decided yes I need
time outside. We went up to a park nearby in Chestnut Hill. It’s called Pastorius Park it was very beautiful. Perfect weather for a walk that’s for sure. We listened
to George Harrison interview with Dick Cavett and then listen to the Beatles on the way home. There are some beautiful houses right near Pastorius Park. After that got back to work
orked on a couple projects and then tried to plan the rest of my evening. My friends going to purchase me a bunch of food for about 20 bucks. I will Pay her back. She’s going to get me
eans so I can get some protein and not living just off carbs. Living off carbs is not good is the conventional wisdom these days. I got ready for outdoor yoga. I put my wallet
and mask in my backpack since my yoga shorts don’t have any
pockets in them. Earlier around 5:05 PM I took a nice shower because I was really kind of stinky. It’s now 6:02 PM and I feel like shaving but it’s a little late for that right now. I remember to charge my phone with my fast charger for 10 minutes so I don’t run out of phone batteries while I’m out doing yoga at Clark Park . Where is picked up and we headed to Clark Park. When we arrived at Clark Park, it was packed there was no social distancing and a few yes and people weren’t wearing masks. We decided uniformly to leave and take an hour walk
nstead in Ardmore. That was fine with me I like to walk anyway. We walked for a while and the sunsets have been beautiful and today was no exception to that rule of
unsets.. I was driven home back to Upper Darby and relaxed and ate a whole bunch of rice. I also had one of my canned Pepsi’s that I got because there’s no bottled Pepsi’s I could
buy nearby lately.Tonight was the final night of the 2020 democratic convention held online on the Internet. Joe Biden pledged to unify the country. That is test
number one for him number two is to try to start clean up after the mess that trumps going to leave us. Tomorrow Friday, August 21, I’m going to get a Covid test down at the Manoa shopping Center because of that stupid restaurant in Harrisburg. I’m fairly confident that I’ll be negative but it’s good
