Saturday, October 17: Cooler. Sleeping In! Yoga

Good Saturday everybody today night set the alarm for 11 but ended up not getting out of bed till almost 1 PM. It was really good to just sleep in. I really

enjoyed these really groggy. Nice sleep ends, considering the last two weeks have been really busy and hectic. Mostly in a good way however it was

busy. Mike called and he’s in the hospital now because the infusion nurse came in and saw that he was an Ellen and said he should go to the hospital because

he might’ve overdosed on me diuretic when when he was having his infusion. And he’s in and out of a fib. He sounded good spirits. After that, Mary and I went

to breakfast at the café, which was nice as usual I really like it here. It’s 2:37 PM. We’re about to finish breakfast or brunch shall I say. Well, we got back

to Mary’s and had to do some last-minute organizing to get ready for our four class with Tina. She substituting for Miah who’s doing something else. I

went to the class and my knee was doing a lot better today. I was almost able to do the tree tone on my pose. Good leg my good balancing side that is,

which is my right foot. Tina really gave me good encouragement in doing the camel. She knows how to keep my chest up and my hips forward and she

gave me credit during class and after class, which was really cool. I really respect Tina a lot. She’s a wonderful instructor. She’s going with Dan to run the trip to Mexico this year in February. Anyhow, we

finish class and and I had to meet up with Mike at 6:30 PM because 3:12 PM. Mike get called saying he needed somebody to be at the house when he gets released from the emergency room. I told

him I could be there at 6:30 and he agreed with that so I picked him up or he stopped by his house around 6:45 PM and helped him up and then headed back and we had dinner and watched the HBO

special Chernobyl. That was intense as fuck. We watched the latitude episodes of the series which were wow that was quite the experience. We’re gonna watch Chernobyl the lost tapes on HBO tomorrow night to follow up on this holy adventure.

Saturday, September 5: sleep, errands, and Yoga

Good day everybody and a glorious state to sleep in till about 11:00 AM. I slept in till 10:30 AM and hit the snooze a few times. I really needed that sleep. It felt great. We got up went to the café. The service was a little slower than normal, but we got our food. It tasted really good. The guy who always sits in his seat was kind of rude, but he’s kind of really bothering so I guess we have to forgive him. Anyhow, we left the café and decided we’d do some errands first we went to the CVS. Mary got some provisions such as TP and Scripps. We then went to Philadelphia runner to see what kind of shorts they had for a two for one sale. Yes they had a two for one sale at Philadelphia runner. We found some Nike shorts that were 60 bucks each I was able to buy 2️⃣ of them for 60 which is a lot more palatable than buying one pair for $60. They even had this Patagonia shorts that were $95 each. Holy shit I was never going to pay that much for shorts. Anyhow, we got the 2️⃣ pairs of shorts which are black and looked pretty good. They all have this in her underwear. I guess to keep your package in place. I actually came in handy during class. Anyway, went to Class and Miah taught the class and we both really like her as a instructor. And she’s back to doing Saturday at 4 PM which is great. Today wasn’t as humid so it was a lot more bearable with the heat. We had two new people bail out during class cause it was too hot. I remember those those days in March 2019 when I first joined the studio holy shit I was gasping. Anyhow, after class we left around 6 PM and came back and I drank 2️⃣ glasses of green smoothie and a glass of iced tea to satiate my thirst. We then decided to order dinner a little early so we could watch the movie the good bad and the ugly which is supposed to be a classic spaghetti western starring Clint Eastwood. It’s a third of a trilogy which starts with a fistful of dollars. Anyway, it’s a 10 PM and we’re gonna get dinner and I’m bringing it back.

Friday, August 14: Mike’s, Massage and Yoga

Good day, everybody out there and TV Land and Internet land. Today is Friday and I got up with Mary and she got coffee from the convenience store downstairs. It wasn’t too bad at all actually so we had coffee and then I went to Mike’s and first started doing a little bit of cleaning the usual emptying of the coffee cans, the plastic coffee containers that is and then Mike and I took a walk. We didn’t actually get out till 11 o’clock because I don’t know it’s one thing after another. Oh yeah, some lady from a Survey called they talked for a while ended up. They rejected Mike due to him having cancer in the last 5️⃣ years. The walk was pleasant enough and as we finish the walk, I could feel the humidity starting to kick in. Next thing you know it’s time for me to go to Nick and get my massage that I really needed for my shoulders. They’re really tight. I can only get a 45 minute today so I took that and it was very good. I decided to treat myself to Starbucks before I go shopping at CVS For Mike. well, I got stuff for Mike’s from the CVS. Headed to learn the new passcode for the new snap card. Then it came back to Mike’s. He made an appointment for Monday about his cramps in his stomach and took a shower and now we’re waiting for the infusion nurse to come at three. It’s not three 2:52 PM. well, the 3 o’clock infusion lady didn’t shop as of 3:40 PM when I left Mike’s propped open the window so she can let her in and I left for Lupe’s 4 o’clock 75 minute class. Well, Loopie‘s class was not bad at all. The room is very hot and it was refreshing to listen to Loopie‘s teaching style, which is a little bit different than others. She’s in Philadelphia for two months. She’s teaching a four week class which I don’t think I’m gonna be attending because it’s a little much. It’s every Sunday for four weeks 25 bucks a class. But I’d be open intuitive Mary was. Anyway, we hung out at the studio for a while, showered up and everything like that. Eventually got back to Dorchester picked up a little bit of laundry and then ordered Indian. We started looking at getting me a new backpack cause the one I have now is lost in shape and sagging a little bit. It’s not falling apart, but it is sagging. We’re Indian and we’re gonna watch the movie the terminal with Tom Hanks.
