
I came home and took my shot at getting our DSL connection back online. I first tried to install the software that was sent to us but it would not install. Next I called Verizon, was put on hold for over 20 minutes then tried the DSL connection from the kitchen wall jack. While the tech was checking the line and

I was listening to some God-awful muzak, I saw the phone number. This phone was to the "data line" used for our credit card machine last year for the Fithian House Gallery. I then moved the modem/router to the front room and plugged it in and EUREKA we had our connection. There was ONE live jack. Its in Janet's Room. Well, this was worth saving $70 by not having a landline.
