Its a Saturday and started the morning with a good cup of joe and then off to Ostara Yoga. I got some good stretches going on. Its a nice small class and they are cool people. I enjoy the peace and quiet and mental health benefits that I derive from going every Saturday morning at the Energy Center at 10:30am We then were invited to see a video in production. This was a song created 
from a poem by a local pastor. Man, he has quite a voice and his friends were very nice. It was nice to meet new people. Its a new opportunity. I just found a neat website that you can send private videos. Those in the know will receive the link. Its infomational and FUN!!
