Tom Shephard of Ole Shep's Honey held the first Fithian House Front Porch chat.Shephard spoke about the importance of honeybees and how they are properly cultivated. He will bring an observation hive so Third Friday visitors can see the bees at work.Tom Shephard is a member of the New Jersey Beekeepers' Association as well as the South Jersey branch.We had a good turnout on a very mild and sunny 3rd Friday in Millville.
