Thursday, February 20: 🧊Cold! Felon as King🤮

I woke up this morning. Had to stay up a little bit past my bedtime. I felt OK had cereal went to Mike’s. The Medicaid lady visited and then he had his therapy 

appointment. I then went out talked on the phone. It’s now 12:04 PM somebody’s aiming to visit him really soon.This is the dining of the age of nefarious! It certainly 

isn’t the age of Aquarius. It’s the flipside at this point. Trump put something up that he’s king after he thinks he can stop congestion pricing at New in New York City. Anyhow, the 

nurse came over and Mike went over all his things with the nurse. Mike’s not feeling so great today. Mike has an appointment tomorrow and we have to pick

 up a CPAP machine so I decided to schedule blood test appointment at the same building that Mike’s

 been seen so I could kill two birds with one stone.I did confirm 

my colonoscopy for March 20. The instructions are on the Penn app. It’s 

getting close to 330 so I have to get ready to get out to the 4 o’clock appointment for this cold weather

 is getting old really old. The Senate approved Kash Patel for director of the FBI! That is really bad news. He’s a complete freak and revenge minded Trump lackey. This is bad news really bad news. Well, when I left Mike’s to head to Yoga, there was snow

 flurries going here. Hard to believe but not really it is cold outside. One went to the 4 o’clock class that was taught by Rob. It was a 
good class and the room wasn’t super hot. I was next to Linda and Mary was nearby. Afterwards, Mary and I and Evan talked for a little
bit about

 the 30 day challenge. We talked about colonoscopy and then Maryann and I decided I needed to do my clothes because they smell like Mike’s Apartment so we did a quick job of getting

 the clothes clean along with some yoga clothes as well they were smelling like Mike’s Apartment big time. I just didn’t like it so anyhow it’s now 7:51 PM. I really should be catching the bus 
for CODA but apparently I think I might just have to take an Uber to make 

it to the meeting anywhere near on time. What Saturday I wouldn’t go to the meeting and we watched two episodes of Law and order at Indian. It was very relaxing.

Wednesday, February 19: Mike’s Appt Cold 🥶

Hi! It’s another frigid cold day here in Philadelphia in February 2025. I got the Mike’s and we got ready to get picked up by the van Service. After mixed signals of them showing up 

and being at the front door, they never showed up and then they canceled it suddenly. We then had to take
Uber to get to Pennsylvania hospital after

 getting through airport screening. We got up to the elevator and the ninth

 floor, where the doctor was really late so his 1015 appointment 

didn’t end till about12:10 PM. Dr did admit to choose running late. You’re in the blood testing ceremony of the program. They canceled Mike’s trip back so was gonna take Uber. we got lucky the right Service 

showed up after all. That ride service is  GOD awful!😞 and more depressing news that
comes daily, Trump‘s blaming Ukraine starting the war so we are officially on the side of Russia. Can you 

believe his bullshit? He even calledUkrainian President Zelenskyy a dictator

 in social media post. Anyhow, it’s a 3 PM. I just finished my session. It was pretty good. Give me some

 food for thought. I’m now out here in the tundra heading back to Mike’s even 

though I was a little bit late. Today’s the day. I can’t be a little late I will 

sign out close to four and go to the 5:30 PM class. well, Mike took his nap 

and we talked a little bit and he doesn’t have any appointments till March so that’s a good

 break. I’m heading over to Mary’s room probably going to steal a nap 

before going to the 530 class. Well, I went to the 5:30 PM class and I was about two minutes late 

but I got there and Lauren was teaching the class and it was. It was a no nonsense class and I felt good out

 there today. It’s it’s nice when I have that degree of centeredness and Concentration. 

Not every day is like that believe me and it’s a good feeling. Anyhow, afterwards took a quick shower 

and did you and that was very relaxing. It’s really nice doing in right after yoga. We then got back 

to Mary‘s and Mary shared her experience with Reiki with Linda. She said the 

session was really good. I look forward to having a session with her one day when she’s 

finished her certification and her house is finished with renovation. It’s now 9:13 PM. I’m going to get some Indian. It’s cold, but the wind has really calmed down since the last few days. 

Tuesday, February 18: Frigid🥶Planning March

Good Morning I got up at the Dorchester and got myself ready to go out in the 20° weather that was facing me. It’s frigid and it’s windy. 


Anyway, I got here a little bit late again and Mike had three visitors, a social worker and occupational therapist and a woman from PCA to help him with Money. He might get in 6 to 9 months. This is assuming Trump doesn’t act 

the whole goddamn program. Anyhow, I did not go out much at all. It was very very cold. Mary and I started making plans for our trip to Jacksonville and Newberry Florida. That’s coming up on 
March 26. We also talked about the 30 day challenge that Hot Yoga , Philadelphia has every March. This is gonna be an extra special challenge since we’re going to 
be missing multiple days to the trip and also I have my colonoscopy

 happening in mid month so that’ll take away at least three days there so 

it’s gonna be trade DV seal this year compared to last year.Anyway, Mike has 2️⃣ appointments


 tomorrow. We’re gonna trust the van service in the cold. We’ll see what happens. I have yoga at 4 o’clock. I decided to go to four it’s really I don’t have a choice as for Thursday that’s


when I can pick up 530 class if I want to. I am tired of this cold already and we’re not even in March yet. Well, I completed Chris’s class OK. There are a few instructors there such 
as Kaitlyn, Linda and Lauren. Anyway there was some Goodyear hustling action today. I grabbed four samosas and I got out. I’m gonna head 


over to Mary’s and then I will go to choir practice. well, today was the first choir practice for new people were introduced and it was nice cause it started 15 minutes late cause I was 10 minutes late. It was a good one

 to be late. I got rid of my old folder. Got the new music didn’t make me a new bat I somehow got Forgotten in their database I don’t know but when I signed in on ChoirGenius, my name came right up. I fortunately 

found my old badge and replaced the busted up plastic for the new 

cover so I’m good. It’s 20° and it’s 9:52 PM I’m heading back to Mary’s cold as 

fuck out here. We have at least till Saturday
 for this cold to relent. In the meantime, just gotta take care of myself and those who I care about, not let the worst people on the planet get me down. 
Those people are running our government here in the United States.
