I got up at 8 o’clock instead of 8:30 AM this morning to get the Mike’s. I had a bowl of cereal. Talk to Mary for a bit and then headed on 
out in the cold weather. It’s pretty cold outside. It’s not super frigid, but it’s going to be tonight from what I read in the weather forecast. Today
has a bit lethargic and kind of didn’t do all that much unfortunately. I did go to CVS and get Mike service stuff a nurse came over. It wasn’t Nicole and she was kind of in and out pretty quickly. He 
asked Mike a bunch of questions and some more difficult questions. About his salt intake, etc.. I can’t believe how close Christmas is. It’s almost 
mid December. I have been thought of what I’m getting people. Maybe I should get some photos and get them framed, but I don’t know 
if it’s too late for me to order the photos and then get them framed and then give them to people. I’m not sure yet. We do plan to visit my brother for
Christmas on Christmas Eve as normal probably around 5 PM. I’ll have to see how Yoga goes. There’s a special yoga class tomorrow night at 6 PM 
or lunch with Linda and Dave was postponed because they’re very busy with their kids. They’re grown kids. The Obamacare subsidies are being slashed because 
of the Republicans big beautiful Bill Yes, Congress failed to pass any kind of help for the subsidies and they’re going to spike really high coming in January. Well, DM Medical never did call me today. They were 
supposed to call me and I called them three or four times he got nothing. I did leave a message once. I also left a message for Photo Lounge about Digitizing family albums. Lord knows how much that would cost and how much time it would take. But at least I gotta start somewhere. It’s a little bit cold and breezy. I did a little bit of quick sweeping since Mike has a new person coming in 
tomorrow and Sunday so we’ll see if that person pans out unlike a lot of the other ones. It’s 348. I’m heading to 4 PM class with Mia. Miah‘s 4 o’clock class was very good. It was up on the fourth floor 
and it wasn’t very crowded at all. It was like yesterday with the heat wasn’t too bad at all. I noticed a new little ache on my left index finger it kind of hurt. Afterwards you hung out at the studio for a while and then left to Mary’s place. I took care of some personal business
and threw out some papers that I’ve been saving around. I finally paid my PARSE dues for 2026. Just
went to Royal Indian picked up some Indian food and then to the little store and picked up two of our iced tea and two pack cheese. 7:34 PM
