Thursday, June 4: Warm! Mike Housing, Apple Store

Good late spring day to one and all! It’s a warm Thursday I got up and at my muesli brought one the small iced tea with me and head it off. My face was really greasy this morning so I had towash it so maybe that needs to be a habit. Anyhow, I got to Mike’s latest as usual did a little picking up and then today I decided I would fill out some more housing applications before I leave for five weeks. I still got a call Lee agency woman Angela, and find out if everything‘s ready to go with Mike. That’s been a little worthy some lately because he’s been dragging his feet a bit. And I’m leaving in less than a week. Anyhow, those housing applications took a long time and then I realized I have to go to Staples and get copies of his Social Security card and his drivers license because he senior place are really strict. They even check credit also one of the people visiting is some social worker who seems to be confident about low income housing so I’m going to show what we’ve done. I’m now starting my gallivant through the city starting with Staples then the post office and we’ll see what happens from there. I did go to Staples and one of the guys that look like you’re wearing a weird gas mask I said called him, sir and he said don’t call me, sir. I’m like this event. It was not about time. I got called out on that but with his gas mask, I couldn’t tell what gender the person was. I just guessed. Anyway, I saw that I’m not gonna go running around to 801 Locust and then N. 10th St. I’m just gonna mail it off to the Post office. I went to Fabio and they have no decent plain gym shorts so I decided not to go back to Fabio‘s, but I did mail off all the letters successfully. By the time I came back, I was kind of tired. I did get a surprise. Call from a coworker from work. My supervisors retiring in the retirement parties, Saturday, July 12. We ended up talking about retirement and then Medicare. She thought  the state would pay the Medicare premium. I didn’t think that was true. I decided to email the retirement health plan. I got an email right away. No the state does not pay Medicare premium, but our premium for our health plan goes down from 3% of our income to 1.5% of our income. They’re gonna be sending me something probably in late July because my Medicare enrollment period starts in August. I then deleted a whole bunch of photos and videos and I’m still showing it full so I attempted to get help from Apple but got a stupid chat bot so I’m gonna go to the Apple Store and see if I can get a time schedule for next week preferably Monday obviously cause we’re leaving Tuesday. Well, I have an appointment for 6 PM at the genius bar. Fucking chat suck

Friday, February 6: Cold 🥶 Mike @ 801 Locust. Yoga zzz

Hello ladies and gents of the blocking community. I know the community has gotten smaller with podcast and social media apps but here we are. Anyhow,I got up around 8:15 AM had cereal and headed out to Mike’s. I got there a little after nine might quickly got dressed and we caught an Uber to 801 Locust St.. We’re due there at 10 o’clock for an interview to see if you can get into senior housing or at least get on a list. They asked a lot of questions and he had to fill out an application. The application was filled out was “a pre-application.“ Anyhow, it went pretty smoothly, but the part with the credit and credit card payments didn’t go over that great but lady was very nice. We did get interrupted by a couple tenants asking questions. It was a pretty short ride about seven dollars plus tip to the place. Thankfully, it’s not super windy and cold like tomorrow is going to be. We got back and Nicole visited around 1 PM and went over his health concerns and like. And then finally finished yesterday‘s blog posting. It took forever to finish up. I justcouldn’t quite get it together, but I finally did finish it. Linda and Dave told us about this event at the Barnes foundation tonight which starts around 6 PM or 7 PM I don’t think either Mary and I have the energy to do that. I’ve been doing digestive some results so I’m a little low energy today. Anyhow, it’s 2:04 PM and I’m going to do some errands and buy some stuff for For Mike. Then I’m going to put some pictures on this blog and go to yoga at 4 PM. That is the plan for now. Anyhow, it’s 3:42 PM. I left Mike’s before 3:40 PM which was good so I don’t have to completely run to the studio like a banshee. Anyhow, it’s overcast. It’s not horribly cold yet but tomorrow supposed to be very cold and we have a new teacher for Fridays his name is Neil Perry. I don’t remember him honestly. Anyway, class is pretty good. There was no not that many people there and it took a little bit to get used to his cadences with the poses.

Mary says we took a glass together, but I don’t remember him at all really then we got another indication that Miah is not gonna ever teach back at HYP. Not anytime in the near future that is.
