Thursday, December 18: More Shopping & Yoga

Good day everybody! After being up last night, got up, eat cereal and discovered I had two bags of cereal in the refrigerator. I got up,

got away and then went over to the coffee place and bought some coffee cause I think I really needed a little coffee got to Mike’s had a protein drink. Nichole, the nurse then showed up to talk to Mike

about his heart failure issues. He was a great time to be alive. Anyway, I did a little bit of cleanup and then decided I would go towards Christmas Village and see if they had that

place in Nichole told me about a place where you can pick up packages for 30 bucks but you don’t know what the package is. Went to Christmas Village &
managed to grab one gift and then walk to the SEPTA store. I then found out that SEPTA store is closed till noon! Only SEPTA would run a store

that opens up at noon. Then get it close at six. And then traps down towards Mike’s and got lazy and decided to catch a busted Sansom Street

saved a little bit of time it’s not 11:09 AM. Mike has a visitor around 1 o’clock today. Well, I got back to Mike’s charged up my phone

to about 38% and then headed down to the café. I was hoping that I could catch a bus from Walnut Street but to know avail. So I gotta walk, but at least it’s sunny and not frigid outside. It’s not 11:48 AM. Yes, last

night Trump made a presidential speech. It wasn’t very presidential. He basically granted for 18 minutes. It was like an old man yelling at clouds, but he

was yelling at the country that things are really great and telling us to believe it. He’s so embarrassing. Mary treated me to lunch at the café. I had a breakfast

burrito. It’s the one I always have and it was very filling and delicious Maryann. I had a very nice time chilling out for lunch. I’m glad I went. It was a nice walk because it was sunny and it wasn’t frigidly cold. I left

the café around 12:35 PM. Got back by one but the Climate I took a respite and charged my battery. Mike took a bath and then I left to go to the post

office place and buy some gifts and mail them. Well, I decided to take the Broad Street line down 2 City Hall and that saved me a little bit of

time and then I walked around Christmas village and got some pictures and then roamed over to the SEPTA store and decided to get three T-shirts one for

every male sibling. I just couldn’t think of anything else to get T-shirts or easy also to mail in package so that’s what I did. I then walked back to

CVS to get Mike his items that I’m going to pick up believe it’s liquid pain medication. 💊 I came back to Mike’s with the pain medication drank

a lemonade juicy to get my thirst on before I leave for class. Mike and I kind of had a humorous time together and that was fun. He said he wasn’t

feeling all that great but I think he felt a little better after we had a few laughs. Tomorrow it’s laundry, Fabio, and somebody’s visiting tomorrow

as well. Tomorrow’s Friday believe it or not, not sure all my gift will show up on time but people don’t get real anal about getting for Christmas, which is good. Well, it’s Felicia is teaching the class

tonight. It’s going to be pretty warm there because it’s almost 50°, 49° to be exact. Well, Lis’s class was warm, but there’s plenty of air so

it was very good. Class. I did some extra deep breathing and it seemed to really help through pranayama and the first poses. My body felt better today. She

always teaches a very good and informative class. The class goes by very fast because she’s very brisk. After class, we hung out for a little bit talk to a couple of people and then headed on back to Mary’s

and we relaxed and ordered Indian food and got the Indian food which was nice. We then took a walk to 22nd & Locust for me to catch the seven 7️⃣ bus. The

bus was about   6️⃣ minutes late, but we hung out. It was a nice day to sit and wait for the bus.
